“Good hotel”

Clean room, nice staff, heated indoor pool (in fall/winter at least it was), excellent free breakfast (eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, bagels, fruits, cereal, muffins), close to restaurants and a shopping mall.

“If you need to...”

I requested a maintenance issue be addressed before I left at 9 am -- when I returned at 9 pm my room hadn't been touched. The girl at the front Desk fixed the issue, but housekeeping had all day and didn't even make the bed or clean the room.

“Will never stay at Manhattan, SD Best Western ever again and would never recommend....”

The female attendant who was experienced due to her age and knew there were no other hotel rooms available in Manhattan, KS this weekend decided to up the rate and not honor our printed rates on the itinerary. Will never ever stay there again and have already by word of mouth informed all relatives not to stay at the Best Western in Manhattan, KS

Area recommendations
By the mall, we went for graduation, hence the decision for this hotel to raise their rates at that moment.
