Room Next to Active Convention Center

1) Room number was 309 and overlooked the Convention Center. A late night wedding with high base music was playing. Vibration could be heard in our room, like a boom box car next to you at a traffic light. Complained to staff to move our room further from the noise as we were trying to get some sleep, but nothing they could do. Music lasted until 11:30 pm. We had a 5:30 am wake up call so needed our sleep. 2) Breakfast in not complementary so watch out for that in deciding your stay. Also no and I mean no complimentary coffee. We get free coffee in the lowest class hotels, but this one is too high class for free coffee. Avoid your stay here. 3) There are train tracks nearby and the whistle will wake you too. Fair warning!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments I am sorry that the noise from the convention center disturbed your stay. According to Marriott Brand standard we serve starbucks coffe in our Bistro and we provide complimentary coffee in the rooms. Again thank you for your comments.

Very clean Close to I70

Very close to excellent BBQ, other good food. Surrounding area clean and upkept. There was a water main break in the area, not at all the fault of the hotel, but we were offered a discount on our next stay: excellent customer care.

The room was clean the staff helpful but we didn't get the senior rate we requested and the breakfast was pricey so we went to a nearby resturant

Room was not cleaned the first day. Housekeeping knocked on the door about 10 am when we were getting ready for the day. We were out late in the evening and then slept in.

Everything costs you. Remote didn't work. Coffeepot overflowed all over ( staff did switch it out for us) they didn't have any extra pillows blankets or sheets all 3 nights we were there, our room was shaking like there was an earthquake because the washer machine was below us, book in room said free coffee round clock... There wasn't coffee round the clock and when they did have it it wasn't free and last but not least...when asked if we could have a late checkout the girl was very rude and stated no

Cleaning could been better.

Got there the first room air condition wasnt working and room had its problem...then refrigator didnt work. So they put us in another room ...bed wasnt change in one bed, found lots of hair and on floor. But they did take care of us, change sheet and apologize. Otherwise staff was nice.
