For the price it was excellent

This hotel was clean, the beds were real comfortable and the best free breakfast buffet for a hotel I've ever been to. Large nice pool. Large room with sofa. Couldn't believe the excellent price for all the amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Desk staff more accommodating and friendly. Fix the cable TV!
Check in around 10 p.m. -- guy at desk just handed me the keys with no instruction of where the room was located, how to get there. The cable for the TV did not work the whole time of our stay.

Cons: STAFF!!
The rooms were clean but didn't smell great. My overall impression of the hotel was negative but that was mainly because of the hotel staff. Not only were they not knowledgeable about basics in the area, (ex: which cab company was most reliable, how to get a list of all cab companies, how far to certain restaurants) but they were also very put-out by even having to answer such basic questions. Also, part of the reason we stayed there was because there was a shuttle. This shuttle wasn't running that night and the explanation was that "if one person used the shuttle, everyone would want to use it." Isn't that the basic definition of a shuttle? Not happy about paying $150 for this hotel! There are way nicer hotels nearby for less money.

Upon checking, the staff at the front counter was not busy but was not helpful in telling us where our room was located or the best place to park, etc. That was the only real negative with regard to this hotel. I'd definitely stay here again.

The desk clerk was completely unhelpful. Restaurant was understaffed and extremely slow service. Our room had a constant clicking noise all night. Nothing really good to stay about our stay here.

Beds were great, hotel clean. Staff was helpful. Only negatives were, no breakfast and coffee maker a joke.

Not your usual hard hotel bed. The bed was about the most comfortable I have had in any hotel.
