“Right where it's at”

I enjoyed my stay in the super-convenient, quiet & comfy room 2 blocks from Aggieville and across the street from the K-State campus. I upgraded this time to the Holiday Inn and would certainly come back as it was worth the extra expense. I usually stay in the motels near downtown Manhattan along Tuttle Creek Blvd. area but was tired of being awakened by slamming car doors and trucks revving their engines outside my motel room starting at 5 a.m., so I was very pleased about the quiet offered at this hotel and the wonderful view of sunrise from the hotel tower in the morning.

Very close to K-state. Comfy beds. Good food next door. Everything worked and staff was very pleasant.

Hotel was nice and in a great location for us. We attended a concert at the McCain Auditorium across the street so it was very handy to walk to and from the concert in the evening.

“Close to Kstate Campus”

This hotel has the best location if you are visiting K-State. All other hotels in Manhattan are not within walking distance to campus. It is very close to campus! The beds are very comfy... Slept very well! And they offer free internet! The rooms are sufficient, but nothing special. The hotel is a little dated...Bathrooms were just ok. I stay here a lot because its close to campus, but it is very pricey for what you get as far as the accommodations. It is a fine hotel, but could be a lot better for the price.

“Comfortable and Convenient”

Located just across the street from the KSU Campus. Close to Aggieville and KSU nightlife. Houlihans on premise is also convenient and there is a convenience store next door.
