“Super service and friendly”

Minor problem at checkin. Resolved immediately. The rest of stay was excellent.

“Convienent, Clean and Fun for the Family”

The pool was relaxing, the pillows were plentiful. The room was comfortable and well-stocked with a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron, coffee pot, and alarm clock. Near shopping!!

“KSU trip”

The front desk clerk was very polite. The beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet.

“Clean and satisfactory”

simple, but clean. Breakfast was nice, but not a warm breakfast if that is what you are looking for. We did not have opportunity to use the pool, but everything else was clean and well taken care of.

“Not comforable or clean”

The hotel seemed fairly new but the carpet was used and did not appear clean. The beds were hard and it was difficult to enter the bathrooms due to lack of room to walk directly in. I was not comfortable and will try not to stay at Quality Inn again. There also was a train track almost directly behind the hotel disturbing my rest throughout the night.
