At the time when we went they were doing renovations so there was so swimming pool or hot tub and the water line broke so no breakfast. We got a suite and there was zero lighting in the room and the plug in wouldn't work for my cpap machine. The staff was very pleasant though and truly felt sorry for the conditions of our stay.

Staff was very rude, seemed like that hated Americans for some reason. The location may seem nice but upon further inspection it's in fact not nice at all. We found disgusting bedding, and pubic hairs in our towels just to name a couple things. I'd highly recommend finding a different place to stay.

This place is underground renovations and it is hard to do that and continue to operate at the same time. The staff was friendly and engaging. Our room was fine. We stayed just one evening. It was at a good price point and in a convenient location.

The breakfast was cold and the bread and beagles were very hard. Just improve that. The pool area was closed due to remodeling. The hotel was very clean they are pet friendly ❤️ If needed will most definitely stay here again.

the staff was friendly enough. the room was dirty. the shower/tub still had opened shampoo bottles in it. the toilet had urine stains all over it. black hair strands and crumbs all over the tile floor in bathroom. beds were outdated and uncomfortable. spring mattresses suck. breakfast was stale, old and gross. the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING in your room. from upstairs to hallways. basically a place to lay your head at night and shower. i wouldn’t stay again.

Very friendly staff! We were greeted kindly. The facility is undergoing some renovations. Unfortunately there is a train track directly behind the hotel that is pretty loud and you will feel it passing by if your room is adjacent to it.

I stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites in Manhattan, KS on 9/16/23-9/17/23. The lady at the front counter was extremely friendly and helpful, but I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the room (Room 105) I stayed in. When I first walked into the room, I thought it was pretty good until I started to look around. The first thing I noticed was the recliner was extremely worn out and had seen some better days. The walls had pieces of sheetrock missing along with random fluids on the walls. Then I went to use the shower and there was a large section of the wall in the shower covered with duct tape along with no hot water. Finally, I took my shoes off and was walking around with my socks on and the carpet in the room was soaked from what I believe to be the jacuzzi tub to be leaking. The reason I believe that the jacuzzi tub was leaking was because there was already a completely soaked towel underneath the faucet. Overall, for the quality of the room I stayed in, the price I paid is very off. I have photographs of the shower wall, recliner, damaged walls, soaked towel under the jacuzzi faucet, and water damaged ceilings if you would like to see them.

Overall the property was messy due to renovations. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and when this was brought up to the front desk, the man was extremely dismissive and arrogant that it was impossible the room could smell because it was just renovated two days ago. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector, the TV was not connected to cable or services and the bathroom was not the cleanest. There were pink water drops on the outside of the tub, the walls and door. The door was very sticky the first night but then wouldn’t lock when you closed it. It could be opened without a key just by pushing on the door. The cleaning staff were nice and accommodating when we asked for extra towels.

This location was renovating. Therefore some of the general areas were not as clean or accessible. Not an issue for my stay. However, the lobby a/c was not working which was concerning. There was an oversight with my reservation and the management took care of it promptly. My room was clean and comfortable. Overall, the stay was fine and staff was pleasant.

We were a bit disappointed when we arrived to find there was no AC in the lobby or dining area. The pool and hot tub were both out of service as the areas were being used as storage for renovation materials. The temperature was so high in the dining area Saturday morning that we were unable to sit there to eat breakfast and had to take it back to our room. The staff were apologetic about the conditions and things like the remodel should be updated on their websites.

Walked into the room and i could immediately smell mold and mildew. After investigating we found it to be on the air conditioner. To try to help the smell i grabbed my clorox wipes to clean the mold but there was too much. We canceled our reservation immediately.

I did not stay and cancelled my stay within five minutes after checking in. When the elevator opened onto my floor I was hit with a terrible stench of something mixed in with strong bleach based cleaner. My eyes and nose were both running by the time I got to my room a few doors down. I walked into a room that had a strong smell as well wafting down. The floor was badly stained. I think the renovations of the floor above me affected the air quality on my floor. I couldn’t breathe so I went down and said I couldn’t stay. They cancelled my reservation but I was still charged for the room. It was two days ago and still shows on my bank account as having came out. Hopefully sometime this week the money will be returned. It truly wasn’t habitable.

The property was under renovation. Very hot in the lobby and breakfast area. The tile in the room’s bathroom was coming off and we kept stepping on pieces of grout. The air conditioning unit leaked water on the carpet, or it might have been the rain? One night the hallways on the second floor smelled like marijuana. The elevator was VERY slow and sounded like it might not make it.

The property was somewhat run downed, especially for something called "Quality." The wall paper was pealing in places. The door had gaps when it closed. The side chair didn't function properly. The breakfast was ok, but not a lot of variety. The coffee was not very good.
