Cons: cleanliness
The rooms on one side of the hotel are about 100 ft from train tracks and the trains run through the night. Our room was not clean - hairs still in the shower and something on the door jam.

Comfy beds and great shower heads

Posted Apr 1, 2015
Pros: The beds and the shower heads!!
Cons: Monitor what the people are doing as far as smoking
Location: Location is great because easy access to football stadium and campus as well as Aggie Ville.
The beds are comfy but The person who stayed in my room before me obviously smoked in there because my room really smelled of smoke. But then I started wondering if the people below me you were smoking because it seemed to just never leave maybe even got worse especially in the bathroom.

Stay depending on you need.

Pros: Location, and breakfast
Cons: noise level, espcially with the airconditioner/heater. And Tell people about the train tracks outside their window with a train coming thru!
Location: The Mall
My room was fine, showed some wear and tear, bed was okay - but i could not sleep well on it, pillows were small squares so had to adjust to that. But i could hear everything from the hall way and from the room over me. Between 10PM and Midnight impossible to sleep. then after midnight, at times, it was like running and jumping overhead. The air conditioner/heater would turn on sounding like a train. So you would finally get to sleep and it would kick back on and you had to start all over again. Then early morning - the real train came thru. So don't get a room on the side with the railroad tracks. The light breakfast was good - Biscuits/gravey, eggs, ceral, toast, pastries, and waffles.

Nothing Special but comfortable

Kitchen help was rude when a mess wss accidently made. No reason for her attitude. Train track close to rooms, spitting distance, heard the train twice in the early morning. On the 2nd floor we heard everything from the 3rd floor. If you cant sleep with noise you wont like this stay.

Visit to Kansas State

Average hotel. Will not stay there again due to railroad tracks immediately next to hotel. Trains woke me up twice. Very loud and shook the building!

Location: close to all & hwy out of town...
Staff friendly, very impressed with the help bars & pool side lifts for the disabled..as well as showers & bathroom bars for those who need....I have seen Really needs a paint job in room. Lots of patching & repairs. Price high but is a University town
