“Avoid if possible”

Room was far from clean, no towels in rooms, desk clerk said they were out. Beats sleeping in the car but not much. Breakfast was standard stuff but nothing to write home about.

“Very unhappy”

The only good thing about this Hotel was the price and location. Room was extremely old and dated with the paint pealing and disclolored and the room smelled funky. Everyone in our party came away with our allergies acting up from the smells coming out of the air conditioning unit. If you want a cheap hotel, this would be it, but if you are looking for a nice Ramada, like you would expect, don't stay here because you will be disappointed.

It's ok but not very clean, needs upgrading.

“SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN A BIGGER DISCOUNT”

The room was really nasty, dirty. Buy the beds were very nice and clean. Our door lock wouldn't work so we had to go to the office and wait for someone to come down and let us in our room EVERYTIME we went back to the hotel. The staff is the ones that made it great they were awsome.

“I'd go back here”

The location is good, right next to the highway, fast food & gas stations. I was very happy with my stay here, i was skeptical when booking because of some scathing reviews. But there are now some very friendly and helpful new owners who have cleaned up the place. I locked myself out a few times, staff was very helpful & friendly and i had no problems getting back in.

“Won.t go back”

The comforter in the room had an odor to it when we checked in. The breakfast was mostly gone when we went to eat and I expected a room with a little better maintenance. In my opinion this room good use an overdue update.

“Will not stay again”

The carpets in the room were so dirty that if you walked across them barefoot your feet would turn black. They did not mop the bathroom floors everyday, and need to learn how to make a bed properly. I will not stay again if I go back to Junction City. I expected more from a Ramada!

“Lack of Customer Service”

At checkin, all parking spaces in the hotel lot were full. They clearly did not have enough parking. Instead of offering to let us park in unmarked, but available space in the lot, the desk clerk suggested we park across the street at a different hotel lot. So, we were forced to park across a major street, late at night (all women) and walk in the dark with a sleeping child in our arms. We did not feel safe and were very disappointed in the lack of customer service and concern for safety.
