I am a huge fan of Homewood properties. This is the cutest Homewood ever. Very contemporary design; wonderful size room for NYC. The location is central for those using public transit (Penn Station is close) and those exploring tourist attractions. Plenty of affordable eating places nearby. My only complain is that the breakfast here was chaotic! That said, even if food was hard to get to, people watching was great. Quiet rooms, fairly comfy beds, great exercise room (how often do you hear that about a hotel gym?). I recommend enthusiastically.

By far, the best hotel experience I've had in NYC. Having been to NYC for pleasure and business many times, I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Tribeca. Slower pace, tons to do within walking distance. New 9/11 memorial is an absolute must; worth every bit of the $24 admission. Tip: Give yourself at least 2-3 hours to take in the entire museum plus fountain area. It's done so tastefully and thoroughly, you don't want to rush through it. Make sure to walk the path that runs along the Hudson...beautiful with lots of excellent photo opportunities. Great food choices nearby (Shake Shack is an absolute must, no matter how high-end your food tastes are). Skip El Vez...decent service, but food wasn't that great. The nearby BBQ place was alright, but is not the same thing as BBQ from the south. Many other restaurant choices nearby though which was so convenient and tasty. Concierge service at Conrad was fantastic; the fellows were super helpful and friendly. Hotel room was very clean and really nice; loved the shower (multiple jets and huge)! City Hall and Chambers street subway stations were within a 10 minute walk. I will try and stay at this hotel every time I go up there from now on...really an excellent value for the money.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room although we didn't spend a lot of time there mornings went more smoothly with 2 teenage girls!. The location was excellent close to theatreland Times square and central park and the subway a few steps away. There was a good basic choice for breakfast cereals muffins bagels yogurt etc . We never had a problem with queues for breakfast although the hotel warned it could be very busy between 9-10am. Another bonus was that we could take the children's breakfast to the room while they got ready. There was tea coffee and hot chocolate available 24 hours a day which was complimentary and also apples and cookies which were delicious! The staff were very helpful and overall would recommend a stay.here.

The hotel has a great location, friendly staff and pleasant rooms. Our stay was there was very nice. We could walk to many tourist's sites, shopping and excellent restaurants. The room was an average size but it was well appointed and very comfortable to spent time in. We would highly recommend it as a place to stay in New York.

Step out the door and you are right at the heart of Time Square, the people, the noise, the lights and the billboards. Our room was at the back with no view but that was good for us because it was quiet. The staff could not have been more helpful

I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this property was. I spend months every year in hotels and this had to be among the top experience overall that I had this year. In particular, was the staff. Each of them were happy, positive, friendly, thoughtful, and welcoming. Whatever you're doing there, please keep it up and teach the rest of the world!
