Great hotel with excellent staff. Beautiful view of the bay, quiet neighborhood with several attractions but a fraction of the noise and chaos of the rest of the city. A great place to retreat to when the rest of New York seems to be a bit much.

Hotel was very close to 9/11 memorial and battery park which we intended to visit. Staff very helpful
and the rooms were generous in size, Must say it was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in!!!! Also close to subway and bus route for uptown, definitely would recommend and return to.

First time to New York came with my sister stayed four days, the hotel was fantastic, no problems with the elevators, which seems to be others complaints it's actually a great way of getting to your floor without all unnecessary stops. We were on the 20th floor overlooking the Hudson River
an we did not here any of the on going construction, which is happening all over the city. Would you expect anything else from a city that never sleep!
