This is by far my best hotel experience in NYC and the location is superb. We went to celebrate my mom's birthday and they provided us with everything we asked for. They gave my mom a pleasant surprise with the birthday cake and flowers that I ordered, and delivery timing was perfect! Rooms are reasonably spacious (you know NYC hotels...), very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Finally, a hotel that is actually inside the Fifth Ave's inner ring, not like other 5th ave hotel like Langham.
When I got here the hotel is on renovation so it doesnt look as glamorous.
Some staffs were super friendly while the others were simply snobby just because they have St. Regis banner behind them.

A very busy vibrant hotel. Really comfortable beds and roomy bathrooms with great towels and toiletries. Rooms are on the small side due to large fridge/ freezer, sink, hob and dishwasher in the room! Breakfast frantic and staff have difficulty replenishing dishes to cope with the demand and seating very limited. However it works! Also has free wifi which worked well on 39th floor. A good overall hotel.

Really nice comfortable bed and spacious for NYC. Only a mile from Freedom tower and in the opposite direction, from NYU. Super nice staff, going above and beyond. A little noisy through the windows, honks and horns, but with the fan on, on the heater/air conditioner, it pretty much drowned all that out! Great food in the restaurant and an acceptable workout room too.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Tribeca for the New York Marathon. Yes Canal street is loud, but so is just about every street - it's New York! Luis at the front desk was wonderful - friendly, helpful and in a great mood, helped us after an early morning flight. We were able to check in early and get a high room that was quieter and also had a wonderful view. Super convenient for multiple subways and wandering in Soho or Tribeca.
