Booked this hotel through Expedia and had the best experience. The hotel is beautiful very art deco and you feel like you are in The Great Gatsby. The room was huge, plush and comfortable. Did not want to leave the sumptuous bed, but its great location next to Central Park was key to visit this beautiful area, near the Museums and fantastic restaurants. On 5th Avenue so easy to walk to the shops. The staff were very helpful, always cheerful and happy to accommodate any request.

Booked The Towers at New York Palace for silver anniversary - what can I say. We booked a king size suite which was fab. Entrance area, living area, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. Fantastic views and fabulous location. Room very comfortable with little extras - ipod docking station, Molton Brown toiletries,The Hotel is within easy walking distance to most tourist attractions. Didn't eat in the hotel, however lots of places close by for breakfast and dinner

Amazing stay! First off and most importantly, the location of this hotel was fantastic. The hotel staff was very friendly and more than accommodating. Room size was nice and the tall ceilings made for a spacious feeling. Lastly, check out the rooftop bar. Great views and great vibe. Will be staying here again.

The hotel was perfectly situated and brand new. Close to everything. The complimentary food and drink was pretty good, we were gone a lot so we really use it that much. The concierge really helped us and the staff was tremendous. Rave reviews!
