"Awesome hotel ... great location ... great staff!"
The accommodation was superb, attention to detail second to none! The whole experience was wonderful and the courteous staff really made our visit a memorable one! From the moment we arrived untll the time we left we felt welcome and safe.
Can't recommend the hotel highly enough and planning to visit the Langham in Boston in the Spring.

Stayed at the Mark based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. Less than a block from the park. Staff were very helpful in every regard. The service is outstanding as is the comfort of the rooms. We had only one borderline experience with slow service in the restaurant for breakfast. We will be coming back to New York on a regular basis and plan to make the Mark our New York hotel!

Booked The Towers at New York Palace for silver anniversary - what can I say. We booked a king size suite which was fab. Entrance area, living area, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. Fantastic views and fabulous location. Room very comfortable with little extras - ipod docking station, Molton Brown toiletries,The Hotel is within easy walking distance to most tourist attractions. Didn't eat in the hotel, however lots of places close by for breakfast and dinner

This Hotel is in a very convenient convenient position for most of the major sights in New York, practically on Times Square and only a stones throw from Broadway. Checking in was friendly and painless. Our room was on the 11th floor and remarkably very quiet. The very clean room was also larger than expected, with all the usual amenities. No kettle or tea / coffee making facilities though. The huge Queen bed was extremely comfortable and welcoming after a day's sightseeing. Plenty of storage space. The bar was good and no more expensive than any other hotel. Checking out was also painless. All the staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful.
Try the "Red Flame ' Diner, just up the street toward Times Square, for a brilliant breakfast at a good price, with friendly and very efficient service.
Walk in the opposite direction to the harbour for Circle line Cruises, the evening cruise was stunning.
