The Casablanca hotel is all you would hope for in a New York hotel. The hotel lobby is inviting, the room very clean with a comfortable bed, and a nicely appointed bathroom. The hotel staff is very friendly & all of them are more than willing to help with any questions/needs one has about New York. The service here is absolutely wonderful. Also, the hotel is very close (only steps away) from the heart of Times Square & within walking distance of most of the theaters. Taxi's & the subway are also easily accessed from this hotel which is convenient if one does not have a car. I do not recommend driving in New York unless you want to spend most of your time stuck in impossible traffic. You will be much happier with taxi's & using the subway. Anyway, this hotel is a safe choice in one wishes to stay in New York near Times Square and/or the theater district.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Andaz. As I was on a red eye flight I had asked for an early check-in which was accommodated with me getting to my room for 11am. The rooms are modern with an interactive tv and soft touch lighting controls. I particularly appreciated the free non alcoholic mini bar & snacks.
The bathroom and shower were clean & boasted twin hammered sinks & a rain shower.
I cannot fault the hotel in any way and would drfinitely use again.

A couple of things that I was told when I checked in were not there. I was told we had free computer in the business center (there was a $7.00 fee). We were told that there would be a refrig and microwave in room. Our bathroom did not have towel holders, just a hook.

Fantastic hotel in mid town New York. Had a suite and it was perfect. The signature of the hotel is books and this is a great theme carried on throughout; it certainly adds to the character. Excellent breakfast and cheese and wine in the afternoon all included. Bed amazingly comfortable. Staff could not have been friendlier or more accomodating

After a long weekend trip it was a joy to arrive at The Sherry Netherland. Couldn't believe just how close we were to everything. Next to the Apple store and the Plaza. The hotel lobby is peaceful and quiet. Just perfect.

A beautiful hotel in a great location for many sight seeing opportunities, the New York Library, Bryant Park, Grand Central, Empire State and the shopping! The hotel has a car (Maserati) which can be used on a first come first served basis but it was always booked so the method of booking could be better. Breakfast should be included at the rate the hotel charges. The room was
