A very nice Hotel, clean and huge room

Pros: Room is huge, comfort room is clean, very relaxing.
Cons: keep up the good work
Location: its in the middle of everything its accessible to department stores, cinemas restaurants, and bar.
Its easy to check in, staffs are friendly and courteous, we stayed at the hotel foe a couple of night, and that was the most memorable time we shared with my friend, its in the middle of everything, department stores, restaurants, cinemas and so much more, the room was huge and clean, and everything in room is complete, from toiletries to kitchen utensils, laundry and dryers, they had 24 hours security, which make us safe and secure all day all night.

Good central hotel, needs some updating

I lived in this apartment-hotel for 6 months in 2009-2010. We stayed here for 2 nights last week and it needs some updating. Also, reception wasn't clear if breakfast was included with our room or not (it was). Overall, good hotel.

Great Location That's About It

Cons: Upgrade of service and hotel environment
This hotel is in serious need of an upgrade with not only service but also room quality etc. The only great thing it has going for it is the hotel's very convenient location. From the time we checked in until the time we left we were faced with problem after problem from the hotel maid leaving our guest room unlocked and unattended after finishing cleaning, to the power continuously going off with 2 maintenance attendants being signed that couldn't fix the problem luckily we could move to an adjacent room, to requesting our laundry be picked up and 2.5 hours later it was finally retrieved, to renting a very mediocre car to the airport that cost a whopping 1800 peso!!!! Anyway, I won't be staying there again. I will return to the Intercontinental just across the street a bit more expensive but well worth it considering the problems we faced at Ascott.
