There was a damp smell throughout the entire hotel and this has highly affected my stay there. When I asked for another room, they were kind to transfer me however the smell was still there. If it wan't for the bad smell, I guess it would've been ok.

okay hotel - TOUGH area..Posted May 31, 2014
Pros: Rooms are nice, lobby is fine, staff was nice
Location: in red light district - associates with whom I met were very surprised with my being there - things to do - obvious & midget boxing.
booked 3 days - moved after 1 night. Tough area - chose to NOT go out in evening to avoid solicitations. Also traffic from hotel to destination made move appropriate Staff very helpful -

Pros: Great Price, Great Location, Very Comfortable!
Cons: Reception desk could smile a bit more, but was great as is. Be careful of kids asking for money outside at night.
Location: In the heart of Makati & Red Light District. Lot's of bars to go at night, walking distance. Or take a cab (I did) to Mall of Asia, and Pier!
I stayed here for only one night. The hotel was easy to find, staff was friendly and helpful, room was very nice and clean, breakfast was good. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby.

IT was an ok hotel in an interesting area.Posted May 13, 2014
The only disappointing item I had was that the welcome drink should be specified as non-alcoholic. After a long day of travel, idea of a welcome drink made me think I would be getting a cold beer to wind down. My misunderstanding I guess

Good valuePosted May 4, 2014
Pros: Good service and good value
Cons: Menu could be improved
Location: Night club area but only 10-15 minutes to Makati Green Belt and Glorieta premier shopping malls
Rooms are spacious and facilities are good for the price. Internet worked quite well most (but not all) of the time. Restaurant food was just average. The 3 lifts are inadequate to task and quite often leave you waiting a long time. Service and attitude of staff was very good. This hotel is in a nightclub area with many massage and other girls on the nearby streets. This did not seem at all threatening but may well be a concern to parents with accompanying kids. The hotel provides good value. 10 to 15 minutes taxi to Green belt and other [premier shopping areas.

Hotel Location.Posted Apr 27, 2014
Pros: It had friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: If they can move the hotel in a different location it would have been better.
Location: It's close the financial district of the Philippines.
The hotel itself is okay. The clientele is a little questionable. We saw numerous clients that seem to use the hotel as a place to bring their comfort women (ladies of the night) and it's not surprising since the area surrounding the hotel is like the red district with lots of bars and women or men. I was shocked when we got there since when I looked at the website it seems pretty decent. I thought that it being a Best Western that it would be okay. Traffic was horrendous since you see all these women and men out on the streets haggling especially at night.
