Room is newly renovated.Posted Mar 1, 2014
Pros: Rooms are newly renovated. Toilets are clean and fresh. Rooms are decent sized.
Cons: Better insulation against noise and dust from road outside. Quality/Presentation of toothpaste / soap . shampoo provided in room.
Location: Close to airport. Known to taxi drivers. Can actually walk to SM Mall of Asia. Opposite EDSA complex for bar & girls. Many eateries nearby.
Pros: Decent price. Location along EDSA next to Heritage Hotel is convenient. Close to SM Mall of Asia & surrounding outlets. Kenny Rogers, McDonalds, KFFC, ChowKing, Jolibee nearby. In room amenities: toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, towels, daily Newspaper. Kettle provided. Is tap water clean & portable in Manila ? Suites consist of sitting/living room & bedroom area. Front desk very helpful with registration, room extension & checking out. Security is good. Request for room number everytime I go out or in. Girl friendly. Cons: Being next to ESDA, a major road, it may be noisy & dusty in room. Can hear the horns of cars & trucks outside when TV volume is not high, especially during morning & evening traffic. Very polluted & dusty air just outside hotel. Very bad traffic. Lots of fumes from diesel engines. Haphazard pedestrians. Not healthy for strolling. No bottle water in room. Everything in fridge chargeable. No breakfast included. Laundry is expensive. No free wifi. Hotel's wifi is expensive - P100 for 15 min. Stand alone window air-con unit is noisy

Close to airportPosted Feb 27, 2014
Location: There is nothing to do in the immediate area other than go to the go-go complex across the street which does not open until 7 PM
Hotel is OK... rooms are quite large for the price but internet is NOT included. To get a full day's worth of wifi will cost you an extra 900 pesos..over $20 USD

No problemsPosted Feb 22, 2014
We enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly. The room was clean and had what we needed. It's a fairly central location and close to the airport. Only complaints I might have are the bed is very hard and the television is an antique. But we will stay here again. The good surely outweighs the bad.

An Oasis in Manila (Pasay)Posted Feb 4, 2014
Pros: The atmosphere is professional but friendly...wifi isn't free but at least its there.
Cons: Wifi signal drops out from time to time... but staff always help fix any problem.
Location: On the second floor there is a nice deep swimming pool and next to the restaurant which serves nice meals and snacks. Massage is great, MOA is nearby.
My second stay here and very enjoyable again... I like it here because it has a relaxed friendly feel while outside is one of Manila's main roads.

Great StayPosted Feb 3, 2014
Pros: Cosy n simple. Room is big with suite n room
Cons: Wifi is bad for price charged as its much needed for all travelers.
Location: When to Ocean park, crocodile farm and Rizal park. By taxi cost about max 170peso. Not much to see in Ocean park though but ok for kids.
Cosy, simple, not far from SM Asia mall as i walked for 10mins and a cab ride from hotel is about 60-70peso if you buying stuff to carry. Took jeepney ride for 4peso from mall. Staffs are friendly but the ladies in recp seems a little stressed out. Food pirce is a little steep but service and serving is good. As all others said, get top floor away from the main road as noise is bad from traffic. Good that they have double doors and windows built to balcony. Pool facing rooms are quiet. Cab ride at 8am to airport took less then 15mins and meter charged at 150peso on a Saturday.Bathroom clean, aircon was cold but since air filtered from busy roadside had a bad throat. Coffee is charged at 85peso (SGD 2.50) adding a dollar more for good coffee in starbucks. Buy drinking water from SM as none provided but sold at 40peso. Didnt use the kitchen but would be helpful for long term stays. I will go back to stay again as the Heritage hotel beside looks pricey but not much of an attraction.

Pros: Good space and layout of unit
Cons: Get the air-conditioning working properly---two service attempts failed to correct the situation
Location: The location of this hotel is under the flight path of the international airport--sleep is not possible after 5:30am

Heaven in the Big City!Posted Jan 14, 2014
Pros: Clean, close to the mall of asia, nice staff
Cons: Might consider adding a microwave oven to the rooms
Location: Mall of Asia, Parks, Museums, Aquarium are all close by
From the moment I arrived, until it was time to leave, I was treated with courtesy and respect. The room was very nice and cleaned every morning, by a hard working attendant. The staff in the lobby, even helped me acquire a dozen roses to surprise my girlfriend. When I return to the Philippines, I will be staying at Copacabana!

well maintained for an old hotel..Posted Jan 7, 2014
Pros: cleanliness and the amenities
Cons: the rooms need to be sound proofed. It is along a very busy thoroughfare and we can hear all forms of transportation passing by all night long.
Location: near MOA, the largest mall in the country if not Asia, among other interesting places around like the Intramuros, the historic walled city of Manila.
We had a minor incident during check out. We were not made aware that there is a different area for checking out so I stood in line behind somebody who was being attended to by the receptionist. A couple of the staff there saw me in line and nobody said a word, but as soon as a Caucasian couple came by they were asked right away if they were checking in or checking out, and were readily directed to the checking out area. It was insulting to be discriminated by your own countrymen in your own country. I brought this matter up to the staff in charge of check out and she apologized, but I still think that management need to educate all of their staff on these issues. Otherwise, our stay at the hotel was pleasant.
