“A great place to stay!”

We were very happy we chose this hotel, staff were very helpful and very corteous. The room was very clean, although some of the cabinets need some updating as I notice there were a lot of scratches they were clean though. I love this hotel because the hotel bldg itself has a bridge going to the Robinson Mall which is very convenient. You didn't have to go anywhere else for shopping and if you want a place to eat it's just a walking distance. I will recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

“Great Staff!”

When I arrived the room was a double not a single king size bed that I had requested. The hotel immediately rectified the mistake. There was a concert in the hotel and the staff was able to aquire 2 VIP tickets for the dinner and show. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

“Clean classy and convenient”

excellent location connected to Robinson Mall and walking distance to Mega mall and Podium. Building across the street looks like it was burnt in a fire and then abondoned but most people just try not to look at it.

“Excellent value”

We stayed for 4 nights and everything went well. Staff was courteously and very accommodating. Hotel is located a few minutes away from many points of interest. Good value vs. price.

Very nice, very clean. Rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

“Darn good hotel...I will return!”

What can I say...the Crowne Plaza Manila met, or exceeded, my expectations for a hotel. I travel extensively and most hotels are not worth commenting about. The staff of the Crowne Plaza Manila is friendly and helpful, the rooms are properly cleaned, very comfortable, and i looked forward to returning to my little home away from home. There is a mall connected to the hotel, and taxis are easy to hail. The staff will steer you in the right direction if you want to explore, and I have no doubt they will properly tend to you if you are staying for business. Like i said...I will return!

“Reasonable hotel in the middle of everywhere”

The hotel is in good condition and clean. Only issue is, it is not sound proof. I could hear the traffic outside and since it is normal to use horns while driving in Manila, it was difficult to sleep with the noise. They need to change the glass windows to make sound proof. Hotel is charging for internet (expensive) although you get free Wifi in the mall.

“Almost perfect”

During a four day stay, was impressed with friendliness and efficiency of hotel staff. Buffet breakfast is not to be missed. Nice views of city. Room was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and cool. BUT, $25 a day for internet access is unacceptable. Why an outstanding establishment would risk upsetting otherwise pleased patrons for the sake of a few extra dollars on internet service is a mystery to me.

“Good hotel”

Overall good place to stay. Convenient location. Clean, Comfortable. Accessible to church, shopping center, Starbucks, MRT, etc. The only thing that marred our stay was that the porter was not available when it was time to go up to our room and when checking out, we were being charged for a bottle of water that was still in the refrigerator.

“Good Choice for an Ortigas Location but a bit pricy for it is”

Stayed there over some years. Is a good location for Ortigas but a bit pricy for what it is. Still a recommendation so, especially the rooms are big.
