“Nice Place”

Very nice place located almost in the middle of Malate. Mall of Asia just a short cab ride away. Depending on your needs you can arrange for the hotel to provide transportation or catch a local cab. Lots of shopping and night life nearby. Was a very enjoyable stay. Only wish that the pool stayed open later than 8pm.

The hotel is magnificent! Staff are very friendly and they even served us drinks in the lobby while we were waiting to check in. The amenities are second to none. Make sure you go down to the gym for a spa and sauna. The restaurant is very nice and has everything you would ever need at breakfast. Our room was very nice with a big bathroom and good veiws across the city. The hotel provides a free massage and free morning paper to your room. I would definitely stay there again!

great hotel, but unfortunately i can't stay there next time, unless they fix their internet, which is a must for me, b'cause i was there on business. if you don't need good internet connection just a casual email download then all else is great in this hotel, especially for the promo price they had when i was there

“Very Nice Hotel”

I stayed overnight before my lunch flight from NAIA. The staff was excellent and friendly, the room was very well kept and clean. I only hated looking out the window at another building, but it looks like that is only on one side. Other than that, I look forward to returning soon!

“not well maintained.”

The location of the hotel was very good, and the staff was wonderful and friendly. They were extremely polite and courteous. however, our first night in a hot Manila with weak A/C plus our jetlag was not a good combination. The second night was worse, since the A/C was completely out. They tried to repair it while we were in the room, and it took them a while, so we requested to be transferred to another room. The cleaning service did not replenish our soap/shampoo, that we had to request them in the morning. Other than that, the rest of the stay was good. We checked out and paid our incidental expense bills in cash. They returned the copy of our credit card and they assured us that there will be no more charges since we are cleared. When we got home, we saw our credit card bill has 3,000 pesos charge which we disputed with our AMEX since there should not be anymore charge , especially the charge for the day AFTER we checked out.

“It is ok to stay here because of service and location”

The location of the hotel is good for tourists, but the hotel is old looking. The room walls is thin, I heard everything the next room people did, from snoring to the use of the bathroom, it was horrible, I wasn't able to sleep at all. But our room was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful which are always a plus. I still recommend it but hopefully others get a "quieter" neighbor than I did.

“Guest Service Staff not friendly and not helpfull.”

Guest service staff not accomodating, security lacking at this hotel room keys given out without ID check. Our guest room smelled of somke, requested non-smoking room, asked for room change, staff replied no other rooms avaliable. Second night room smell like sewage, asked for help, staff suggested to spray air freshener and that was it. Spa staff oustanding but a little pricey.
