Best reason I stay is that it's near to malls and have an amazing location. Allll the employees are polite and respectful. Check in time is so flexible. The rooms are clean. I tried all their rooms in my less than a week stay. The beddings is not too old compared to other hotels nearby. Clean bed and comfortable not to soft or firm. Just right. Last time I requested additional pillow and they gave me 2 and it was clean to the point that I actually smell downy fab on it which is great. They are accomodating in ny needs and request. They have mineral water available in the hallway ( i did not drink though ) looks presentable anyway and have covers on it. Room have a ready toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and soap kit. The room doesn't have microwave, fridge but I am fine with that since I only stay to sleep. No netflix, though they provide free wifi anyway so I use my own gadget and phones for this. This hotel is small and very quiet too. Simply cozy place to stay. I recommend. Will definetly book again.

I love the daily breakfast, lots of choices. The staff are excellent. The only issue I have is the presence of small cockroaches in the bathroom. I have addressed the issue with the cleaning lady but it didn’t totally eliminate the problem. It would probably work if I can close the bathroom window, but I can’t in room 301.

The facility is centrally located which made it manageable as far as transportation and lots of places to dine and do shopping. I will recommend it anytime to friends as rate is reasonable. I love the breakfast!

Accessible to the mall. Good location. When I was looking for a hotel and used Orbucks the price was $23 but when I selected it went up t $ 26.98. . I do not know whose fault it Is but I called Orbitz but I was not given a credits .

Pros:The service was amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is really convenient near bus stations, malls and restaurants. Its also afordable. Have hot water. Cons:Aesthetics were outdated. AC was too loud. The bathroom was too cramped. The food was okay.

When we got to the hotel from the airport the front desk said that he can't find my reservation it take's a while until he got it. For a person travelling a long hours, traffic etc., and need a rest especially with my one ( 1 ) year old daughter it's so inconvenience that my reservation not in their system by the time I got there.

No blow dryer and toilet paper
It’s a budget hotel, so keep that in mind. Staff is nice, but the hotel is very old and outdated. No toilet paper and instead they have Tabo to wash. No blow dryer. Free breakfast is Filipino style, but they were always running out of Bangus fish. I think they microwave them also because they were pre-plated. The only positive is it’s near AliMall.
