Kein Hotel sondern Apartments!

Pros: Die Aussicht des Hotels. Ein Tower mit 6 Apartments je Stockwerk (30).
Cons: Alles sonst in diesem so genannten Hotel.
Location: Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich gleich eine Rote Meile und genügend Lokale um die Nacht zu vereiteln.
Das Zahlungsterminal des Hotel funktioniert nicht, ebenso der Poolbereich, Sportcenter, Küche, Reinigung etc. Im großen und ganzen ist es kein Hotel, sondern reine Mietapartments. Zugang zum Zimmer nur durch das Personal. Eine eigene Zugangskarte, Fehlanzeige. Der Safe im Zimmer ist nicht nutzbar. Ihr Schrank wird durch das Personal Regelmäßig kontrolliert. Es wurde ein Handtuch entwendet, aus dem Schrank. Es war weiß und hatte ein rotes Logo. Die Meldung an das Personal in der Lobby blieb ohne folgen... Festgestellt wurde, daß nun Regelmäßig die Wäsche in dem Schrank gewendet wurde... Im Zimmer liegen keine Informationen aus, die den Hotelservice betreffen, außer das Sonntags nicht gereinigt wird, was auch sonst nicht passiert, es sei denn, sie weisen direkt darauf hin. Service wird nur geleistet, wenn sie es anmahnen. Es lag auch noch eine Information aus, das alle Orders und Absprachen hinfällig sind, die nicht mit dem Personal in der Lobby vereinbart sind und das es kein Frühstück gibt. Nach Abschluss musste das Hotel Cash bezahlt werden obwohl bereits vor Reiseantritt bezahlt worden ist. Kleine Anmerkung... Es handelt sich um einen Tower. Das Zimmer lag im 28 Stock... Tolle Aussicht und von zwei Fahrstühlen funktionierte nur einer. Die Webseite ist bis auf die Zimmer unwahr.

Towels are old and curtains do not block the light. Small pieces of soap and limited shampoo. During my stay, there was a problem between owners an security . The police was all over the lobby and surrounding.

We had stayed at Greenstone 2 weeks before this brief visit and were very pleased with our choice then but something had clearly gone wrong in the intervening period, change of ownership? It took about 3 hours for them to work out the password for the internet connection for our room. In the evening we were given a statement to beware of 'unauthorised guest' present in the hotel (we had noticed increased security guards on arrival). In the morning we went down to breakfast to find the restaurant closed and were told we could have a Macdonalds 'Big Breakfast' brought to our room which would take about 30 minutes to arrive, it would have been nice to have been informed of this on our arrival as we had a local appointment which meant we couldn't avail ourselves of this whether we wanted a 'Big Breakfast' or not (they did sort this out later for us). I hope they get their act together soon.

Three Bedroom Suite - Excellent but Aged

We rented a three bedroom suite for eight people and found things quite spacious and comfortable. Staff was excellent and quickly accommodated our needs. The hotel is in an excellent location with quick access to a mall and public transportation. While our stay was excellent I think the hotel should begin planning for a renovation. The age of things is not terrible, but there are clear signs that improvements need to be made in the future.

It is an old hotel , though the very poor condition of the room with all the stains on carpet, sofa and armchairs and wallpaper is coming off, have nothing to do with age but very poor management . Likewise the condition of the elevator with broken morrow and dirty carpets , the poor condition if the breakfast ; it's not a service apartment I can recommend .

The staff are very friendly and will help you with whatever you need,we stayed 6 nights and will not hesitate to stay there when we go back to Manila. I used to stay at the bigger chained hotels and pay top dollar but not anymore,if you want a place that feels like home then Greenstone is the place to stay.

I've been in different hotels in manila and makati lately and I can say that this hotel is better. huge rooms, complete things, from toiletries, kitchen stuffs, air conditioning is good, tv in every room, cr in every room and lastly the ambience is cool and quiet. I'd love to stay in this hotel again! :)
