I got a room for my wife and our son while in Manila. My 1 year old son had fever. At 1am the receptionist had staff nurse go check my son. In the morning they followed up and checked him. My wife boasted about how clean it was and how great the services was.

Staff service was excellent. Everyone was so courteous and very professional. My personal observation based on the room given to us need some upgrade like the bathroom paint, cover on shower knob falls apart. We were on the street side so you can hear the traffic sounds. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and we felt safe.

The access to the Millenium Club Lounge was great. The staff (Hermin and Jane) were very friendly and helpful. There was just a small problem at check in, I had to switch rooms a few times. The hotel could use updating and renovation

The staff was lovely. The hotel's restaurant was pretty good but more vegetarian options would've been nice (dinner) The room was a bit ran down and we booked a luxury one... it wasnt in my opinion. The windows dont cancel the noise from the traffic. The hotel is on a main road and it was very noisy.

We like that the hotel is very close to the International Airport. That is one of the selling point for us. Although the hotel is older, it is being maintained well. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will definitely would use them again in the future travels.

what I like about this property are the staff at the front desk, people standing at the door, security guards, our room attendent, and Dave the waiter they are very hospitable. The not so great is our room outdated and overall of the hotel. Very different on the pictures and youtube.

The Heritage Hotel needs a serious renovation. Everything is super old and run down, the area is scratchy but mostly safe. The spa is located in the basement and the facial was a joke, no hot towels and there was a hole in the ceiling when I laid down. I was literally hot and baking. The girl was not trained to provide facial and it took her 20 minutes to get the so called equipment ready. We’d have left if it wasn’t the last few days and the fifth hotel for this trip.

I love ❤️ love the king size bed. So comfortable. We never had to turn on our A/C. The room was nice a cool when we arrived and stayed cool throughput the night despite being very Hot outside. Shout out to all the wonderful staff. See you soon. 😘

Most staff are attentive. All staff will greet you with a smile. Food is delicious. Furniture and gym equipment are outdated, but in working condition. Room includes mini fridge, toothbrush, vanity kit and slippers. Shuttle bus to and from mall of asia offered, but not really advertised. Not enough coffee cups noted during breakfast buffet (additional cost for breakfast buffet). Surrounding area not safely walkable in my opinion if you're traveling solo/first time, however attaining a taxi or using Grab transportation is a breeze. Dowinn casino is a new addition to the hotel, however still under renovation.

Very clean hotel. Free shuttle to Mall of Asia. Neighborhood is rough. Hotel is older but clean with very nice staff.

I loved everything about The Heritage Hotel Manila!!! Amazing staff!!! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, helpful and very courteous!!! Nice clean clean room, amazing house keepers. The only bad thing was having to check out to go back home, wish I could stay forever!
