The only problem this visit was getting house keeping and room service….After many telephone requests….no responses. Had to go down halls and find the carts for items….Also aircon in one room not working ….Next day and multiple complaints new room assigned. But the manager did not charge and all staff encountered were very kind and professional. Have stayed multiple times for the past 4 years and highly recommend this resort….No place is perfect but they really try.

I do not know if I could say enough good things about this place. It was immaculate, quiet, the staff was attentive to every need, room service and laundry were great. Easy access to the mall, lots of place to eat, taxi out front, help with GRAB. I would come back here any time. It was pleasant from the check in to leaving...and the front desk knew my name after 1 time down!

All of the hotel staffs are very courteous! Breakfast were great! The room is so so but can manage Getting into the parking garage is the worst! Traffic is horrible! But highly recommend the hotel!

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Lobby and room has some kind of odorous smell. Toilet and sink clogged after first use. Four people checked in one room but there’s only two towels and washcloths. Breakfast food is excellent! Staff very excellent!

Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. The staff is so nice and helpful and they upgraded me to a suite when they had the availability. Bar one on the third floor has really great wine and the staff there is also amazing. Direct access to the mall that has every type of service you could need at much lower prices than the US. I would definitely stay here again

The property was a typical Holiday Inn. A good stay with many amenities. Breakfast Buffet was outstanding. Request from the front desk were nevertheless prompt. My partner and I stayed in a 2-room suite. I had an issue with the manager who was going to charge me extra when my daughter and niece came to visit for 2 nights. She ended up not charging me but only after a raised a fuss. My stay was for one week. I stay at a Holiday Inn every year when I’m in Manila and had never had this problem.

Paolo at the front desk was fantastic and courteous. He made our stay a great one. He was friendly and attentive! My only complaint was that it had a strong, maybe newly painted smell.

Had a lovely 2 nights here. In great location and great for a peaceful nights sleep. Staff are great particularly the guys that great you at the main entrance and Alan at the gallery bar made it a memorable stay. Will make it my hotel of choice every time we are in Manila.

The whole staff, from Housekeeping, F&B and Front Office was well trained and very attentive. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Only one thing: better quality toilet paper. It’s nice that the mall is attached to the hotel. Only problem is the NOISE in the mall.
