The staff and service were super awesome, but the carpet in the room was very dirty and the hot water in the shower was not consistent, turning hot to cold during showers. but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Rembrandt is not how it used to be. It's like a war zone now with all the restrictions and the main door of the hotel locked with very few staffs. I hope it will return to its nice and cozy atmosphere very soon.

Staff was amazing! Courteous and well put together. However, the rooms need updating in terms of airconditioning and freshness of the facilities. We appreciate their efforts of transferring us to new rooms when the first we were given were a bit humid. We had no issues with the staff courtesy though.

Some rooms in our floor were under repair, it was dusty outside of our room and noisy because of some drilling done on the rooms being repaired. I understand that repairs are necessary but not on areas which have guests. It was quite disturbing.

Child friendly place. Recommendable.
We stayed here for a week coz we have an appointment with my baby's pedia cardio at the Philippine Heart Center. Since my baby's condition is quiet crucial, I need a place to stay that's clean, not so close to a hospital and very crowded place. The place is clean, has nearby restaurants, good service, friendly staff and they serve good food. They may seem an old-type hotel outside but, once you've checked in, the place is nice and cozy. Classy yet affordable. I recommend to book online to get a discounted price.

Needs more light, hardly read while in bed table lamps would be good Tv remote is not working most of the time, WiFi is very poor Called for late check in two days ahead, but was not communicated, so upon arrival a room was not ready, they’re supposed to transfer us to another room but it never happened..

Because we only have Apple products and the security features on our products, we was unable to connect to the internet because it was unsecured. I ask the staff twice if they could change the setting on the router to NP2 and they just smiled at me.
