Please consider early check ins.Posted Mar 1, 2013
Cons: Being charged extra for arriving early on the date you are scheduled to check in..
The hotel is in a good location, close to a shopping mall, hospital and most important to me is close to the airport and other vicinity around it. My check in date was on the 27th Jan for a two weeks stay, but because my plane arrived very early morning of the same date i was charged for a half day. Of course when you're in a foreign country and you arrive early you don't want to hang around anywhere except go to the hotel you had the reservations with. I was tired from the long trip so i agreed to pay for the half day charge, the thing that really made me unhappy was, i checked in around 4am Jan 27, and at 8am Jan 28th i was awaken by the hotel front desk to move me into another room. I asked him (front desk guy), that was considered half day already? And i had 2 weeks paid reservations with them.
Perfect meeting place for familyPosted Mar 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
Our experience at Joya Lofts & Towers far exceeded our expectations. After a day of hustle & bustle in the city, it was a welcome oasis of serenity where we could relax in luxurious comfort in our modern, clean and spacious suite. Family members who visited us there were amazed & impressed by its design, furnishings, amenities and service. We made good use of the well-stocked kitchen and even hosted a family gathering/dinner there. The staff were always friendly, cheerful, courteous and professional. We will be back!!

great hotel to stay for relaxation.Posted Feb 11, 2013
Pros: clean, quiet & security.
Location: no business in near by except a high end mall.
The Hotel is located at a quiet high rise buildings area a little hard to locate; because it is part of the apartment rent out as hotel. There was no taxi cab you can find in front of the building unless you walk a block to the near by high end mall. the mall is a good place to find all kinds of restaurant for lunch & dinner. The breakfast offered by the hotel is served by a small cafeteria with a hand full choose of American breakfast. If you are planing to go to Manila its not a good place to stay in this hotel because of the congested traffic, it will take an hour to two during the rush hours, & cost you a fortune if you take a taxi cab.

A Gem in MakatiPosted Jan 5, 2013
Pros: convenience factor of having washer/dryer, parking, proximity to mall, and swimming pool.
Location: Joya Lofts & Towers is located inside the secure Rockwell area of Makati. You can take a short taxi ride to other areas of interest in Makati.
I booked this Hotel via expedia and was not disappointed. This hotel is a serviced residence but room amenities and facilities are nearly the same as a reputable hotel chain. The room sizes are above average We booked a studio room but was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite! The room has full kitchen facilities, washer/dryer, wifi router, large bathroom, and newspapers delivered everyday. The hotel has a 25m pool and, although no restaurants, across the road is PowerPlant Mall which is full of dining options. The staff is friendly and focused on good customer service - very evident even though we stayed during the New Year when the hotel was extremely busy. Parking was also provided in a secure basement slot. Overall a nice experience rivalling nearby 5-star hotels.

Safe, functional, with good staff.Posted Dec 13, 2012
Cons: Room size
Location: Modern and commercialized
First time to Philippines so wanted a place that I could count on for safety. The security was excellent, with gated entry and elevator that would only travel to floors granted by room key. Room had a kitchenette, not really what I needed by nice. But room was therefore quite small. Nice view of city from 30th floor. Front desk help was excellent. Had problem with wireless password so had to use direct hardwire connection for internet. Definitely not extravagent, but very functional.
