Very convenient place to stay- near mall & casino.

I can just walk to Robinsons Mall. It is safe-police station is close by. Casinos are here& across. Public transport(jeeps& taxis) are right in front.Honest money changer closeby. Staff are super friendly & helpful. My room was cool, air con good, TV good.There's wi fi which helped me a lot in communicating with friends& family here & home. Very nice hotel..This is my 3rd time to stay here and I am sure to return.

Good location for this tired old place needs help

This place badly needs an upgrade. Rooms are basic, mattress very hard and uncomfortable. I brought a couple of small repair items to the attention of the front desk staff but neither were dealt with by the time I left 4 days later. Walls are paper thin so hope for quiet neighbours. The breakfast buffet is simply bad for 350 PHP. You actually have to use generic instant coffee and hot water and it goes downhill from there. By comparison its sister hotel Executive Plaza next door while still only a 3 star is quite a bit better.

Cons: In room safe
I was looking for a lower cost hotel and close to the mall. I knew of two and I had stayed at the other hotel previously. The hotel was what I expected and meet my needs. The hotel was comfortable. I had a room on the street side which lead to the entertainment of watching the activity on the street. The breakfast buffet could have been better.

great staff , food in restaurant is nice. deluxe room linen was old , shower curtain stinks , I removed the shower curtain before I used the bathtub/shower....

everytime it rains it gets flooded.... cant get out of the hotel
