Good basic hotel within walking distance of the bayside amusement park and all the shops for Mall of Asia. Rooms were basic, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was decent, but lots of cheaper options for eating nearby. Small rooftop pool has a great sunset view, but when I was there was very crowded with families and children.

The staffs are helpful & polite, she get us partial ocean view & we liked it since the hotel is full. my 5 yrs old greatgrandchild was so excited & happy to see the fireworks

I didn’t realize that our room was adjacent to another room...with door separation for bigger family and it's not sound proof. We stayed there for a night after a long 18 hour flight from Canada, before we go to Laguna, hoping for a good night sleep only to be awaken by screaming children at 2am, 4am and 7am... I'd like to cry... my whole family was awake too. It's not a cheap hotel, very beautiful but i wish it's sound proof. We're booked for another 2 nights at the end of the month. I'll see how it goes, otherwise beautiful hotel and accomodating staffs.

Great Value for your money, affordable, ease of checking in & out. Its walking distance from the Catholic church, malls, cinema, variety of dining options and 24 hrs convenience stores. The rooms are bigger, updated, minimalistic & neat with basic amenities already included like toiletries, coffee maker, enough closet space to hang your clothes. Theres a safety deposit box, hair dryer, sleepers included & enough towels in the bathroom. A good working airconditioner and a free high speed internet wifi is a big plus. Thats all you need for a short stay without breaking the bank.

Nice rooms and lobby and a great location. Very near mall of Asia and there is a great Starbucks Reserve across the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful

It is very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is conveniently situated close to MOA. What I hated was the insulation: I could hear the conversation of the guests in the adjoining room. We stayed in 1106. Thus the sounds/noise disrupted my sleep. The bed mattress and pillows could be more comfortable. I intend to use the facility again next time we are in Manila due to its convenience, cleanliness and staff. Hopefully I can grab better sleep despite the insulation issue.

This hotel was a perfect one for me. The front desk clerks were trained properly for their customer oriented abilities; like Erick, Sweden and Ethel worked professionally, making their customers happy after a long flight from abroad. This hotel is highly recommended.

This hotel is located in a perfect location; this is my own personal view. I was assigned a room in the top floor with a fantastic view of the city and the park. The front desk clerk, Sweden, was a very customer oriented employee. She was trained professionally. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a very pleasant stay here! The staff are very welcoming and helpful, from security to concierge to housekeeping. Hotel is very clean and homey. Highly recommend this hotel if you want close vicinity to MOA.

Stayed a couple nights before my departure back to US. The place is near the International Airport and walkable to MOA and little shopping mall at Conrad. The service is great ! Staff are efficient and friendly. I plan to stay here again and highly recommended.
