Right in the entertainment district of Manila

Pros: Location, butler service, TV in the bathroom
Cons: The non- smoking floor still hints of a smell.
Location: Bar- hopping nearby, shopping, historic churches (Remedios Church), eating places (The Aristocrat, Zamboanga), old houses
Pleasant enough for a first stay in this hotel in downtown Manila; staff was very accommodating. You need a room on higher floors as the bay view is blocked by the Ramon Magsaysay Center for the lower floors.

Pros: I like the free breakfast that starts at 6 in the morning, it worked perfectly with our busy schedule.
Cons: I just wish that they will start including Filipino breakfast for "Balikbayans" such as dried salty fishes and Tapa/Tocino. I requested, not available
Location: Robinson's Mall is nearby, just didn't like the night life outside seeing the girls in the street. What happened to our cultural and moral values?
I had some laundry done and I was amazed at their service. They even repaired my damaged stockings. I thought that was very thoughtful. excellent service.

All excellent people and the place I love it..Good food and the amazing views from pacific lounge. Very accommodating people with patient and smell in there faces. Happy happy to stay with them. For me only pan facific is the best 5 star hotel Manila. Excellent excellent...

Pros: 上品で洗練されたラウンジ・部屋 親切なベットメーキングスタッフ
Cons: ほとんどの日本人は現状で満足します
Location: 買い物:ロビンソンデパート 食事:ボコボ(シーフードレスシラン) 観光:イントラムロス(城壁都市)、リサール公園 ホテルからタクシーで100~150ぺソ
6回目の宿泊です。ロビーに背広姿の少し地位の高そう人が並び洗練された対応や高級感は上がり満足。ただ 顔見知りスタッフは一人も居なくなり、以前のような笑顔やフレンドリー感が下がり少し残念です。

The Pan Pacific is a wonderful oasis in the trash heap that is Manila. We had a great stay in the hotel and will go back if ever in Manila again.

Pan Pacific Wonderful Hotel

Location: Dining out and entertainment.
The staff was incredible. Opened every door, handled everything we needed. They could not have been more professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants the royal treatment. Rooms were clean and elegant and the bathroom facilities were top notch.

何度も鍵が使えなくなる。

Pros: 朝食の種類が多い。
Cons: 鍵を変えるべき、携帯電話とは,離して持っていても使えなくなる。
Location: ロビンソンデパートが近く、なんでも揃うので便利。
鍵を取り替えてもらってもまた開かず、一緒に来て開くか確かめてくださいと言ったら、とてもいやな態度で一緒にきて、開けたら何も言わず帰っていった。夜中の2時を過ぎていたので、迷惑なのはわかるが、こちらも疲れて帰ってきて二度も往復して、とても不愉快でした。
