Great hotel.Posted Oct 26, 2013
Location: Three minute walk to large Robinson's mall with numerous reasonably priced restaurants and skads of shops of all types.
Spacious, well-appointed, modern rooms. Large bathrooms with separate tubs and showers. Breakfast buffet is superb. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive.

Nice hotelPosted Sep 11, 2013
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Not so expensive for the condition and amenities of the hotel. Very good breakfast. We suppose to check out after 3 days but we extended our stay because the room is so nice and clean. We will come back in this hotel for sure.

Decent Hotel, Bad LocationPosted Sep 10, 2013
The hotel is a nice enough place, but the surrounding slums make it a difficult place to go out and walk around.

Excellent hotel, in a central locationPosted Sep 10, 2013
The Pan Pacific Manila is a wonderful place to stay, a comfortable oasis in a crazy, but colorful, and central neighborhood. I stayed two nights in a Superior Room and then three nights in an Executive Room. Both were roomy, well-appointed, and had fantastic views across Manila and out to the Bay. The Executive Room came with a jacuzzi tub, which was a little hard to get into but made for a really nice soak after a day spent in the heat and humidity of the South China Sea. The hotel features "butler" service, which basically means that the staff is very attentive, polite, professional, and helpful. WiFI was fast. A definitely highlight is the breakfast buffet, which is enormous and includes all sorts of unexpected treats. The pool and hot tub on the 6th floor rooftop were a great place to hang out. The fitness center is a little small and could use an elliptical machine or steps or something like that. The bottom line is that I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Pan Pacific and would not hesitate to return.

Exceeded expectationsPosted Sep 5, 2013
I've stayed here many times. My expectations are usually met. This stay, I noticed the service to be quicker and better all around from Butler response, room service, to poolside!

Sad PlacePosted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is great but you are living next to the tragic and sad plight of Philippine street people with its accompanying sewers and air pollution which make the experience very confronting. The Catholic Church in its wisdom has created a human tragedy called The Philippines for all to see from the 5 star luxury hotel.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Hotel is a little dated but has been maintained to a reasonable standard, rooms are a little larger than average.
