ホテルの快適さは良いが、周辺の環境と治安は悪い。

Cons: 洗面所の水道の蛇口が詰まっているため、水の出が悪い。
スタッフの対応や室内の清掃は行き届いてる。但し、室内設備において空調が故障していたのか、温度設定ができない。

Execellent Service

Pros: Pan Pacific Manila is the only hotel that I have encountered that provides mineral salts for the long bath.
Cons: If you are looking for Japanese food, this would be the hotel to stay in. However, there is no teppanyaki service in the restaurents that I went to.
Staff went out of their way to assist me in the business centre..much appreciated. Generally, you could expect excellent service with a smile from reception to room service. Food served in the room was generous in proportion and of high quality. Catching a cab was easy and did not have to wait unlike in some hotels in Manila...that compensated for the distance of the hotel from the business district, Makati.

Pros: 高得点は少ないが、不足も少ない。
Cons: プールがもう少し広いと良い。
Location: 買い物はMOA,フィリピン博物館、シーワールド等、2‐3泊なら退屈しない。
対応は良い、部屋も快適、高層階の眺めは毎回楽しみだ。高ランクホテルに比べ豪華さを求める人には足りないものもあるが、全てにまとまっている。年数回マニラに滞在するが、欠かせないホテルだ。

Great hotel in old Manila

We had two rooms for a week, and from the first moment in the hotel doors, we were treated like royalty. The service is quite simply superb, even beyond what we have normally come to expect in Asia. The breakfast buffet was great with significant variety to satisfy everyone. The rooms were clean and comfortable - including the beds. The hotel is very well maintained. The pool area is pleasant, the only thing missing there being a bit of a breeze ;-) Even the fitness facilities were good! All in all, a wonderful experience, and if we are staying in old Manila again, this is the hotel we will go for!

フィリピンの格差社会を肌で感じる場所です。 しかしホテルを出れば警察が目をひからせ 丁寧な対応で守られてるという安心感は十分にあります。 なによりホテルスタッフが最高です。 空港からのタクシーか高かったら交渉してくれるし先にのホテルにいた仕事関係者の女性スタッフには親切に対応してくれて(その女性スタッフは友達になっていました。(下心なく) ホテルスタッフ最高です!

ホテルのサービスの提供のほとんどは利用できませんが、外出が十分満足できるサービスです。窓が小さいことだけが、残念です。

한국방송 안 나와서 답답했어요.

첫째날 3회의 정전으로 당황스러움...길지는 않았지만 정전이후로 한국TV채널..안나옴...중국.일본방송은 무쟈게 잘나옴 샤워기 물도 뜨겁다..차갑다 반복..수압도 약했다..다시...정상으로 반복하여 불편했음

快適なホテル

Pros: トラブル等について迅速に対応してくれる。
Cons: 喫煙室をいつもリクエストしているが空いていない時がある。 空いたときから変更はしてもらっている。
マニラでの定宿として利用している。 ホテルスタッフが親切でフレンドリィーであり対応もよい。 円安で価格が上昇しているが,今後も使い続けるでしょう。

Pros: 安心!フィリピンではこれが一番大事だと思います。
Cons: とくにありません。
Location: マビニ通りにすぐ、ロビンソンズにもすぐ、徒歩圏内 便利です。
マニラに行く時はかならず利用します。 スタッフもセキュリティーも安心できます。 今回は忘れ物に3日後に気づき、連絡したのですが、 しっかりとってありました。 マニラのホテルの場合、結構セキュリティーや紛失もあるのですが パンパシフィックは安心できます。お勧めします。
