“Wonderful hotel!”

Everything was very clean and smelled so good! The staff was very friendly and accommodating too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants comfort and good value.

“VERY small!”

Very hard to find - had to spend an extra hundred pesos on the taxi as we cruised around looking for the hotel. Check-in was fast and efficient even at 6 am. Breakfast had to come from a restaurant around the corner delivered by motorbike. The room was only slightly larger than the bed but clean and with a/c. Free wi-fi. Just outside each room are small tables and chairs where people have meals. I was ground floor so I had others outside my window eating and smoking. Noisy and smokey in the room.

Nice staff but bad area, I stayed at another hotel later that was much better for just a few more bucks

The hotel is okay if you like quaint. There are couple of malls nearby but not much else. There were a few problems however that need mentioning. Midway during our stay, they decided to add a bidet or shower nozzle to the toilet. They did this while we were out of the room for a few hours. We had to wait over an hour to get back into the room while they finished "fixing the leak" we were told. There was never any leak, they just assumed I was stupid enough to believe what they were telling me. The bidet they installed leaked constantly for the remaining four days of our stay. Secondly, I had requested the comforter be washed. It disappeared and reappeared only after requesting it back. The room was not made up daily but sporadically. Toilet paper was hard to come by at this hotel. I might stay here again, but for the price, I think there are better hotels.
