Nothing specialPosted Sep 29, 2013
To start with, the staffs are well mannered and friendly BUT the room is a disappointment. No toiletries and towels smells weird. Called the operator, reception, house keeping and no one answer at 7am.

nice and quietPosted Sep 6, 2013
Not as close to the airport as I thought. Everything was nice...empty restaurant with really good food. Only downside was not hot water for an early morning shower...brrrrr! Overall good...worth the money. I had a suite with plenty of room.

Good location in MNL, no matter Leisure or BizPosted Aug 29, 2013
Makata city is always a business district in Manila. This hotel just near Ayala Center around 5 min by walk. Lots of business towers and banks around this area. All is good except the breakfast, seems poor not over 20 choices. Don't use the internet service, the hotel charge a lot for 24 hour utility ! Same price you can purchase a double weekly 3G in MNL.

Ok....but pricey for what it is.Posted Aug 18, 2013
Pros: proximity to greenbelt
Cons: décor, cleanliness, food, price.
Location: walking distance to greenbelt and what that offers and not far to bourgos street.
its close to greenbelt which is why I chose it. bit over priced considering fives close by are about 10US dearer. Good place to say if you don't expect too much and simply want a bed. Honestly the place is due for some TLC and a re-think on management. Nothing to attract to the bar or food services there, hence you spend your money elsewhere. There are some facilities upstairs which are OK. Pool, pool table, gym. Best things is the proximity to greenbelt shopping, restaurants and not to far in a taxi to bourgos street where the good bars are.

great location, great servicesPosted Jul 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
everything was great. staffs are lovely, location is awesome (2 mins away from greenbelt shopping centre), safe area, you can do your jogging around the park. room is okay for me for a 4 star hotel, just too bad there is no free internet offered. breakfast just okay only. but better than nothing

Hotel is fairly good.Posted Jun 23, 2013
Pros: Location, Parking access
Cons: Internet access should not be charged. Selection of food, bread should be fresh, fresh coffee, etc.
Shopping is around this hotel is great! Less traffic on the street and parking is easy to find along the road.

Close to shopsPosted Jun 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
Good stay overall. There was just some minor hiccups on the 1st day - room smelt musty and cupboards on one of the rooms were not clean but, this was addressed pretty quickly. On our 2nd day, I noticed a bit of a foul smell in our en-suite but didn't bother telling the management as we are checking out in the morning. Hopefully they read this review and do something about it. We stayed in the 2 bedroom de luxe room and it was big enough for a family of 4 and a child. Only negative about the place is the view - there's none if you book a 2 bed de luxe.

Value for moneyPosted May 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
We got the room at a special rate online. Convenient to lots of shops. On a one way street so taxi's need to go around the block to get to hotel door, however you can get them to drop off nearby and you can walk to the hotel.
