Over pricedPosted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: The people were kind and the overall rooms were comfortable and the restaurants were very good, but the buffet was way over priced for what you get.
Cons: Clarify the prices with Expedia, stock up food in the pantry, have a snack store in the hotel and a free shuttle to the airport should be provided
Location: The mall and restaurants are close by and are nice and close to many beautiful side nature expeditions in Manila such as the Taal volcano etc.
Expedia showed twin beds when I booked the room but upon arriving they were single beds and I had to pay for an upgrade that was an additional 60% added onto the original price. Not a good way to start out. The pantry that claimed they served quick snacks and sandwiches had nothing to offer to eat at all. The housekeeping was not done while we were gone all day so came back to a messy room. Pay close attention to a privacy button as you exit the room apparently it is easily turned on and they will not make up your room if the light is on.

Bellevue & twin tower layoutPosted Jun 5, 2014
Pros: See above
Cons: Yes, the water quality in the swimming pool and the too smaller beds in deluxe room for 3
Location: Going towards the SLX, Turn off to service road, Close enough to Festival Mall and ATC with a real choice of shopping and good restaurants...
The hotel has a stunning first impression, very good cleanliness as expected, the amenities are all present, including a shuttle to the nearest malls ATC and Festival but the deluxe room we took for 3 of us was only equipped with two 132cm wide beds wich if we compare this to the Mercure standard back in Europe is inadequate for a real luxury hotel like Bellevue. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We took the breakfast at 770Php P/P and are very pleased indeed of the variety and good quality. The 2nd larger pool, with poolside bar was the only one open, warm and a bit too well treated for desinfectant in our taste. So we are rather pleased of our 2 day stay in this well located hotel of Alabang.

Great location for AlabangPosted Apr 24, 2014
Very nice and friendly staff. Although the hotel was very busy due to Holy week, the staff always had time to help guests. Very good breakfast and lunch buffet - we hosted our wedding party at the hotel and they were all very happy with the experience.

Cost 40% more than the B Hotel but did not deliverPosted Mar 16, 2014
Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: The pricing is far too proud for the kind of product this property is. Reduce price by 25%.
Location: Busy commercial location with call centers nearby that work 24/7. Building next door blocked views of the nearby lake. Tower wing looked better.
Welcome drink was orange juice out of a jug. The free gym was dark, had rusty barbells, was beside an unsightly swimming pool that was closed due to construction next door. What I saw was not as pleasant to see as the website suggests in the pictures. Total let down. Management was reactive. Not proactive. Smoking is allowed in the Vue lounge (yuck!).

Poor coordinationPosted Feb 27, 2014
My only problem with the hotel is the poor coordination between the concierge and the out-sourced transport service. 3 incidents of miscommunication in 3 days, otherwise, the hotel staff are very good.

Convenient place to stayPosted Feb 3, 2014
Pros: Location. It was near my family's residence.
Cons: The hotel crew should do a better job in maintaining their facility and training their staff to respond a litle more efficiently.
Location: Near a mall.
I stayed at the hotel for a total of two weeks. The first week was the result of an upgrade from B Hotel due to a convention. I was bumped out and was instead moved to Bellevue. It was an upgrade from the B Hotel. Their lobby is really nice, the room was roomy enough. The receptionist are a little slow to attend to the needs of their customers. The room that we were placed into was a little noisy. An early morning hammering or electric saw can be heard from the room. On my last week, we were assigned to the seventh floor. The first week was on the 23rd floor right across from a building under construction. The room on the 23rd floor was a lot nicer than the room made available on the 7th floor. The room needed proper maintenance. Otherwise, i had a nice stay at the hotel.

Fantastic service & very courteous staffPosted Jan 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
Inside of hotel is well-maintained, nice & spacious rooms, cleverly designed and efficient. My only issue is the poorly-lit basement parking and the construction sites surrounding the hotel. But hey, they're only temporary. Other than that, I'll definitely come back.
