“well maintained, spotless, older facility--- out of town”

This is an older facility with parking immediately in front of the room. The facility is maintained excellently and the room was spotlessly clean. It is a bit out-of-town, but the owner is the manager and takes pride in years of Budget Host Service and Excellence Awards. Reasonably priced, yet with all the basics in place for a comfortable evening. It is short on luxury(queen sized beds,19"TV, rehabed original bathroom space), but it is superior for an independently owned and operated facility.

It was as I expected from the reviews I read, clean and comfortable with no frills. The lady at the recption was friendly and helpful.

This hotel was easy to find, and newly renovated. It was super clean, but the bed was very hard. So, if you like a hard bed, this is the hotel for you. If they had more comfortable beds I'd recommend it to everyone.

Hotel was comfortable and staff was friendly. Our room was right next to the office but was still very quiet. Towels and bedding were very nice for a small hotel like this. coffee and danishes were supplied in the morning.

I liked the pool, which was outdoors, but I would have liked coffee in the room, they did have it in the lobby. The price was low, so I didn't expect too much. It was clean and I was happy enough.
