It was spacious and clean. The only drawback was that the hot water supply cut out during one of our showers.

Our one night stay was acceptable. The only thing was that when we went to the complimentary morning breakfast at 8:00 which was stated that they open at 7:00 there were no lights on. We could not find a light switch, no one at desk. Everything was set up and ready and fresh, so we ate in the dark.

Very outdated motel. Staff was super nice and helpful. No coffees service in room. Breakfast ehhh. No eggs but turkey sausage palatable. Staff of one ( 1 ). Trying her best to literally do everything!! She was checking in and out while making breakfast and cleaning rooms all simultaneously.

Very clean. Great continental breakfast. There were nice seasonal decorative touches in the lobby and dining area. Location was nice: right across the street is Lake Michigan with a boardwalk. Downsides were a very firm mattress which made it harder for me to sleep. The shower drained poorly: three inches of water at my feet and the lock to the slider was broken: came off in my hands when trying to secure. The desk clerk came right over, however, with a hand drill and fixed it. Apparently, it was not installed properly.

For an older property, this was cleaner than many we've stayed in. Dena was very helpful with a change in our reservation. Rooms are spacious and lots of cable channels. Call the hotel directly if you have any questions. It is across the street from a boardwalk that you can walk 1.8 miles to the Manistique Lighthouse. Big grocery store nearby.
