“Very clean and quiet, wonderful!”

This hotel was very clean and they put me in the back tier so was very quiet. They were friendly and helpful, right on Hwy 60 so easy access and next to a Happy Chef restaurant and other eating establishments.

“Only Hotel in Mankato that allows pets”

Even though it is the only hotel that allows pets and we have a small dog (7 pounds), this Super 8 is a very good hotel. The people of are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is fairly clean. I will stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone with pets. Thank you for allowing pets.

The hotel was clean and the staff helpful. We could walk right from hotel to restaurant where the food was better than expected.

Very nice rooms for the price, with a bed that was honestly more comfortable than some we have slept on in "nicer" hotels. Very pleasant staff, beautiful location ( I would love to see it in the autumn!), nice to have it next to food. Very convenient location to roadways as well.

ya, ya...i know it's a super 8 on the older side of town, but the staff I met over my 4-day stay was outstanding, every single one of them. The room was VERY clean, the furnishings in terrific condition. Morning coffee was fresh and breakfast always tasty. Matter of fact everything seemed new! I stayed there for Vikings training camp and it's less than a 5-minute drive to the campus. I've stayed at hotels up the hill by the mall, newest part of town, and found the drive to campus to be a lot longer and you had to deal with all the mall traffic in and out at multiple stoplights.

“Well kept secret”

Excellent accommodation for the price. Convenient restaurant next door with 20% discount on meals for hotel guests. Pet friendly facility was huge for us. Very quiet on the back side of the facility away from highway traffic.

“Super 8 is Great”

Super 8 in Mankato is great. My roommate and I needed an economical place to stay during our trip to MN for Thanksgiving, and Super 8 fit the bill.

“Great Motel for the price”

The Super 8 Motel in Mankato offered more amenities than we expected for a budget priced motel. The heating/cooling system was awesome-it actually kept the room at the temperature we wanted without excessive noise! Very clean, comfortable, quiet, free breakfast, New TV, mini fridge and microwave in the room. We couldn't ask for more.

“Mankato's Super 8”

Super 8 offers a three item breakfast choice at the Happy Chef restaurant next door or a $3 discount on any other breakfast order. It's a nice restaurant to eat at, although a little slow in service. Bed's are a touch lumpy and the shower heads could stand to be a little higher up. Access off of the highway is very simple but its remote location prevents you from walking anywhere other than the Happy Chef.
