“Great for the money.”

Very inexpensive. Also, they accept pets, which is always great for dog owners. It is a fine place to stay for a few nights. Desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. They are undergoing construction also.

“Clean and comfortable”

Desk staff was friendly. Waffles for breakfast were great!

“Only if I have to.....”

The room was ok, but you could tell that nothing had been updated in a long time, but you get what you pay for. I don't recommend the continental breakfast......you would be better to go to McD across the street.

“Unfulfilling experience”

This was not a room one would want to book again. Average at best. The TV was from 1950. the breakfast was...well...basically something from the gas station down the road. Something is wrong when your colleagues, who are staying at the Holiday Inn Express across the street, call to tease you that they only see one car (your car) parked in the Ashland Inn & Suites hotel...and then they ask if they can come park next to me because there is no room to park in their hotel because it is full.

“Disappointing”

Specifical chose because of pool because we were travelling with our grandson and were visiting family in the area. Sign outside says heated pool, other side says stay, swim,sleep. Hot tub is:down for maintenance, pool is closed (says heater busted). I mentioned we might be in the area again in a couple weeks and would it be fixed, They did not know. Pastry for breakfast was stale. If you are just looking for a good value in an overnight sleep, its not bad but have breakfast across the road at MacDonalds

“Never stay here!”

Upon arrival at 10pm, we find the toilet plugged with feces. Upon calling the desk, a man brings us a plunger and tries to hand it to me. I tell him the toilet is right here and he responds that housekeeping has left and he is a manager and doesn't do these things. When requesting a new room he responds that the hotel is full, sets the plunger down and walks away. Never again will I stay at this hotel as they don't value cleanliness or customer service! The rest of the room was not very clean either. The continental breakfast was cheap and skimpy. Three dollars at McD's would be more satisfying!

“Very poor condition - Dirty!”

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. Very dirty, dark and dingy. Needs a lot of maintenance! Will never stay here again.

“Triple Charged!”

Stay Away! Looked at my bank statement & the hotel double charged me on top of the Expedia payment. I called the hotel and was suppose to have my account credited, but instead my account has now been triple charged! All of this for a room that was apparently not well maintained nor clean. It had a slight odor of urine and it was evident that they reused the garbage can liners (from some kind of dried goop on it).

“Bad Choice”

Bed Broken, steel bars exposed. Too cramped. Water connected backwards. Hot water sporadic. TV on last legs. No way to cut parking lot lights very well. Sheets worn out, towels frayed. Poor door latches (security). Continental breakfast very sad, had to search for service personnel.

the sheets had fresh "human stains". major construction and the indoor pool and hot tub have been closed for maintaince since October
