“Overall Good Option”

I stayed on a Friday Night the Holiday in was booked and overpriced. It was a little loud as expected on a Friday, but that is not necessarily the staff's fault and the disruption was a short duration.

“Great for the money.”

Very inexpensive. Also, they accept pets, which is always great for dog owners. It is a fine place to stay for a few nights. Desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. They are undergoing construction also.

“Well kept”

This was a one night stay - in late and up early. Room was clean, good breakfast, fast service at the desk.

“disappointed”

I was very disappointed with this hotel. It was just to be an overnight stay getaway for me and my kids. The main interest in this hotel was the pool and hot tub. The pool was okay but the hot tub was boarded up. It would have been nice to know before making the reservation.

“Decent hotel”

The lobby area was very clean. The rooms weren't the greatest; they are pretty outdated. The bathroom was pretty decent, but the bathtub wouldn't drain water right after showers were taken. We found a bottle cap on the floor in plain sight, so it didn't look like it was really cleaned good before we got in there. We also saw a dead spider in a web hanging on the ceiling, so that wasn't the greatest either. The air conditioner was really dirty and started blowing out dust and other particles.

“Great hotel for an overnighter”

Hot tub was down and I was disappointed about that. The room rate was very good through Expedia. The breakfast was awesome for a continental breakfast. The cleanliness of the bathroom floor was a bit poor. It could have used a good mopping. The housekeeping person was excellent though. She was very kind and generous with extra coffee for the in room coffee pot and she even found me a remote that worked quickly. Her personality and her I can attitude calmed any frustration that I may have had with the condition of the floor in the bathroom and lack of working remote. I hope they pay her well, she is a great person to have working there. I am recommending this hotel to my family members as we travel from South Central New York to Indiana frequently to go visit my brother who lives there, so we pass through there every time. Grandpa's Cheesebarn was also a great stop right at that same exit also. Good hotel and convenient to route 71.

“Disappointing”

Specifical chose because of pool because we were travelling with our grandson and were visiting family in the area. Sign outside says heated pool, other side says stay, swim, sleep. Hot tub is:down for maintenance, pool is closed (says heater busted). I mentioned we might be in the area again in a couple weeks and would it be fixed, They did not know. Pastry for breakfast was stale. If you are just looking for a good value in an overnight sleep, its not bad but have breakfast across the road at MacDonalds

“Only if I have to.....”

The room was ok, but you could tell that nothing had been updated in a long time, but you get what you pay for. I don't recommend the continental breakfast......you would be better to go to McD across the street.
