Our room was nice we didn’t have many problems. Only problem we had was the pool area, when I first ask her she told me it closes at 9pm but in the papers it says 10, then we get down there around 9 there’s like 6-8 kids in there screaming yelling, I decided not even to get in because of it and the pool was my biggest reason for booking. I don’t see why they don’t let the adults have that area for at least an hour. Some like to swim when it’s not super loud

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was great with a good variety of hot foods, fruits and pastries. The lady staffing the breakfast was very upbeat and friendly and helpful. My grandchildren loved the pool and weight room. There was plenty of well lighted parking. The rooms were a little dated, but very clean, quiet and comfortable beds. Everything I expected in this price range room.

Outstanding food area
Both with checking in and checking out, the front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. What stood out to me the most was the lady that was singlehanded running the food area for the 2 days we were there. She was friendly and concerned for the health safety of all the people walking through the food lines. I appreciated how hard she worked to keep up with the demand needed to feed everyone. Nice job!!

I love how easy the property is to get to and the abundance of free parking. The staff and the free breakfast was a great benefit. The only issue was the heating/ac unit in the room. Either it was on and freezing or on and HOT. So most of the time we got the room temp to a comfortable level and just turned it off until we HAD to adjust the temp again.

When I’m traveling I always try to stay at a Hampton Inn. This one was no exception my stay was Quiet, clean, comfortable, spacious and the breakfast was great!! The staff was very friendly too!!

We paid a high price for this hotel room and it was definitely not worth the price. Things seemed clean, but the condition of the room was poor. The room with the toilet and shower needs a complete gut. The finishes in the room were just unacceptable. The AC never cooled the room down sufficiently. It was one small AC for a large room with five people in it. It was not adequate. The mattress was so so. It was definitely worn and I did not sleep well. The refrigerator was a joke. The freezer was so tiny that we couldn’t even put our ice packs in it. The person at the front desk graciously put our ice packs in a freezer downstairs. I did appreciate the spacious room. And, I appreciate the liquid hand soap instead of having to open the small bar soap. And, I love the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. But, I would try to never stay at this hotel again.

I am not used to chain hotels not missing a beat. Usually, there is one item or another that is just not right. Here, nothing was askew. And the breakfast was better than I had expected. Not a five star hotel but it did a great job of being what it was meant to be and doing what it was supposed to do.

We stayed here for the Shawshank Hustle. The staff was very friendly and the property was clean. They have a nice continental breakfast in the morning. The blueberry winery, about 5 miles away, has a great restaurant.
