Center of Mantova
Very basic hotel but ideal location for the centre of Mantova. Rooms are quite small but acceptable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a slight problem with the internet when I arrived but they put me in a different room and then everything worked fine. Overall happy with my stay.

Friendly staff at centrally located hotel
The hotel is within walking distance of Mantua's two greatest attractions : the Palazzo Ducale and the Palazzo Te. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. One of them recommended a restaurant across the road which served excellent food at reasonable price. I ate there every night during my stay. Free wifi is available but regrettably did not work so well during weekends.

Super Response to Medical Emergency
My husband had a medical emergency. I was extremely impressed with the management's concern and quick response in calling for medical assistance. Two physicians came to our room and arranged for ambulance transfer to a hospital. We were able to return that same evening. Again, the hotel's handling of the situation was a big relief for us.

albergo molto comodo da raggiungere, ubicato in zona centrale che permette di visitare a piedi le principali attrazioni turistiche della città. servizio reception ottimo, così come la prima colazione offerta in albergo.

Stanza piccola ( letto matrimoniale addossato al muro, quindi una persona deve scavalcare l'altra) con arredamento vecchio e malconcio. Bagno decisamente angusto. Molti i rumori idraulici provenienti dalle stanze vicine

L'hotel é in centro, in una posizione molto comoda per un soggiorno rilassante. La camera, la più economica, era un po' datata ma pulita, il letto era confortevole e la temperatura era adeguata. Bagno normale, la doccia non era racchiusa in un box ma era con la tenda. Colazione mediterranea di qualità, molto buona. Il personale era molto motivato e ha soddisfatto completamente le nostre richieste. Lo consiglio, quando ritornerò a Mantova tornerò a soggiornare li; proverei però una camera più costosa.

Hotel in pozione centrale. Facilmente raggiungibile in auto passando dalla stazione, ma attenzione all'area ZTL!! Perfetta posizione perché si raggiunge il centro a piedi in neanche 10 minuti. Peccato che in zona non ci siano parcheggi riservati per i clienti dell'hotel e comunque tutti i parcheggi sono a pagamento! Unica grande pecca della stanza: non c'era una doccia con il box. Semplicemente il doccino in mezzo al bagno davanti al wc e una tendina da tirare.

Hotel visibilmente datato, ma in ottima posione. Colazione con caffe ecc servito dalla macchinetta, comunque accettabile. Personale davvero cordiale e disponibile.

Viaggio di lavoro, una notte. Arrivando con il treno, l'hotel si trova sulla strada per andare in centro. dunque si arriva presto a piedi e la posizione risulta molto comoda. La tariffa pagata era tra più basse, ma il servizio in generale (comfort, pulizia, disponibilità, colazione) sono stati soddisfacenti. Consigliato per chi cerca un buon compromesso senza svenarsi.

As acomodações são pequenas mas confortáveis. É uma edificação antiga, então se entende o banheiro pequeno. Roupa de cama e banho trocada a cada uso. O estacionamento não é 'pertinho', mas é bem seguro. O local é privilegiado, perto de tudo, com um carrefour, uma livraria e uma padaria/confeitaria na porta. Mas o mais importante de tudo é o atendimento. Pessoas atenciosas e delicadas no trato com o hóspede. EU RECOMENDO!

Posizione strategica per il giro della città qualunque sia il mezzo di trasporto. Estremamente soddisfatta della colazione. Camera carinissima e confortevole Proporrei di comprendere nel prezzo anche il parcheggio perché ritengo che 15 euro al giorno sia eccessivo.

Absolut empfehleneswert
Sehr freundlicher Empfang, deutsch, englisch und italienisch sprachiger Kollege an der Rezeption. Älteres Hotel, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, für Italien große Zimmer. Dusche im Toilettenraum untergebracht, Duschvorhang etwas kurz, daher ist manchmal Wasser aus der Dusche gespritzt, aber mit Bodentuch auftrocknen ist ja kein Problem. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut sortiert mit frischem Gebäck, Wurst, Käse, Joghurt, Obst, Kaffee und verschiedenen Teesorten. Distanz ins Zentrum, zum Bahnhof, Busbahnhof sind ca. 5 - 10 Gehminuten, also perfekte Lage. Neben dem Hotel befinden sich eine Apotheke, Geschäfte und Cafes. Ich kann das Hotel auch vom Preis- Leistungsverhätlnis absolut weiterempfehlen.

Venlig betjening, rene værelser/rent hotel og god beliggenhed ift centrum. Men der var ret dårligt lydisoleret mellem værelserne så hvis man er meget lydfølsom og ikke har ørepropper kan det ikke anbefales. Ellers OK

Albergo e ZTL
Al contrario di quanto accade in tutti gli alberghi situati nelle diverse città d'Italia vicino o all'interno delle zone ZTL il personale dell'albergo non si preoccupa di chiedere all'ospite appena arrivato se ha transitato, magari seguendo il navigatore, o intende transitare nella ZTL. Se proprio dovete andare all'Hotel Italia di Mantova per prima cosa appena arrivati avvertite sempre il personale del vostro transito in ZTL, altrimenti al conto dell'albergo #vedi giudizio# dovrete aggiungere 90 € di Verbale della polizia locale.

Comodo in quanto in pieno centro, ma troppo rumoroso e poco luminoso (la camera era di fronte ad un'altro edificio alto, a non più di 7 metri dallo stesso).

Das Hotel ist sicherlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit diesem eigenartigen Charme und seiner ausgezeichneten Lage im Zentrum Mantuas, wo sonst noch wenige Hotels sind, doch empfehlenswert. Freundlicher Service, saubere Zimmer, aber renovierungsbedürftiges Bad (zu alt / nicht unhygienisch).
