“Best customer service ever”
We spent only a night at Camino Real Manzanillo, but it was such a nice experience. The hotel was full and we got a free upgrade to their presidential room. Way to go Camino Real! 5 out of 5 stars!
“Not impressed”
The location of the hotel is not the best. We were not informed of extra fees at check-in, but given the bill at check-out.
“lonely and expensive”
Good but the restaurant and price of the room are very expensive. Using Expedia makes it affordable, but if one doesn't have use of a car the location far from everything makes it even more expensive.
“Service Service Service”
This was our first trip to Manzanillo, and we really enjoyed it. The hotel was very nice. We had a two bedroom suite with a great view of the ocean. The service was excellent and the staff very helpful. Overall a great experience
“I love it!!!!”
Our stay was wonderful, the room was surprisingly large, cause even though we payed for a king size suite, they provided as a junior suite with 2 rooms, kitchenette and living room (which is the smallest one they got) it really was amazing, highly recommended.
“"can't wait to go back"”
My family and I were in a city 2 1/2 hours from Manzanillo when we were suggested not to leave the area without going to see Manzanillo. So, it was a last minute booking through expedia and originally booked it for one night (not knowing what to expect "for such a good deal" when we got there it was beautiful the rooms were marvelous. I immediately asked if they had availability (which they did) and the staff actually suggested to book through Expedia for the greater deal) they even let me use the front desk computer, since my laptop was having trouble connecting to the internet. We stayed three days and two nights.
“Good Hotel to stay at Manzanillo”
Room has beautiful beach view, Air Conditioned did not work very well
