Great place!
It was a nice place, people were friendly (and could speak English), the breakfast buffet was wonderful, meals we also very good. Room was clean and spacious.

Great location for city tour!
Great central hotel to explore the city! WiFi was okay, air con worked well, room was clean and spacious! Downside… the food was absolutely terrible!

Extra services are quite expensive
A bit more expensive than I imagined. Services of transfer and restaurant are quite expensive for the city, but the hotel was overall pleasant enough.

We had a very nice room to start with but no view so we asked to change this was done without any hassle so very pleased with next room plus view!. Very convenient hotel we could walk to various interesting places. Had taxi to restaurant not far away which was very good. We liked this hotel

Pleasantly surprised
There were some little issues but overall I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is a solid three star. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. My room was very spacious and well appointed and laundry charges were very acceptable.

firstly dissapointing for a 3star hotel without a pool and chill out area. The service was extremely slow from reception. The shuttle service is extremely dissapointing. They charge in dollars, there is no such as free shuttle to airport. I had to fight to be transported back to airport at a free cost, which is just about 10 minutes drive

Very nice hotel in cetral Maputo
I spent four nights, and i enjoyed my stay. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast offers a variety of options. I had dinner once and the food was very good. My room looked exactly as the one in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. The area is good for sightseeing and shopping. While it is not cheap, it does offer a very good service.

Fine central maputo hotel
The hotel is centrally located with easy access to shopping facilities and businesses. The staff were very pleasant, fast check in and out, the rooms were clean and the security was very good. For the price it was very acceptable.

Modern, comfortable hotel in heart of downtown
This hotel is located in the heart of downtown which I thought would be very convenient but many businesses are actually not located here. That said, nothing is too far away from this location. Pros: Recently renovated. Nice shower with consistent pressure and hot water. Very comfortable bed. Laundry was done nicely and promptly returned. Cons: The hotel itself is modern but a bit dark and dingy. The one elevator is frustrating as you usually have to wait a while for it. The breakfast is not great and the in room dining menu is not appetizing. Always having to re login to the Internet is a minor inconvenience. Overall, not bad for Maputo from what I understand. Didn't see any bugs. Would prefer they updated the lighting and revamped the restaurant food and menu.

Maputo is expensive, no matter how you look at it. Rated as a 3 star hotel, i think it should be 4 star. Comfort and cleanliness, excellent. Air conditioned, excellent shower. Downside, hotel bar closed and never explained client how to get a drink...although they were sitting in lounge. ALso, room service 24 hours, and is not true. Was told i could only have juice after 10pm.

I really enjoyed my stay here, I had to extend and was happy to stay instead of moving. The hotel is nice and clean, breakfast is quite decent too! The only downsides I can think of are a lack of many TV stations (although it's a 1080P HD TV, so bring your own media device!). Also, if you smoke, you must stand outside by the street, which means you get pestered by street sellers. Right beside the shopping centre though, which is very convenient!

We were very disappointed with the service at the hotel. The first night we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the meals came almost an hour and a half after we had ordered from the menu. The next day our room was not cleaned at all! We left for our meeting and returned in the afternoon to find our room not cleaned. I went to reception and told them that our room was not cleaned and that we are getting some lunch and requested our room be cleaned in the meantime. When we returned our room was still not cleaned. We went out for dinner and when we came back the room had still not been cleaned. The worst I have ever experienced.

I have stayed in many hotels in Maputo over the last year. Most of them were either extremely expensive or in a terrible condition. This hotel offers great value in a central location. The staff are absolutely fantastic.

"Business trip to Maputo"
The hotel is nice, clean and the staff are friendly. The room is kept very clean and is comfortable except for a little bit of noise every now and then from the streets below (car racers especially). The Breakfast was alright with the usual stuff like eggs, bacon, bread, fruits cereals etc... The hotel is located not too far from a large shopping centre with a number of other shops. Main eating places are a few blocks away, with one or two a bit closer. The only issues that I have with this hotel is that it is a bit too expensive for a 3 star hotel! I have stayed in 4 & 5 star hotels in Nairobi for less! Oh well... and the wi-fi is not very reliable. I bought a voucher and only managed to use internet for a few minutes the first day and couldn't again for the next 3 days until I left!... The TV had only two english channels, but they were entertaining! I would stay there again, although I am going to try some of the small guest houses on my next trips!
