Wonderful experiencePosted Oct 7, 2012 on Hotels.com
My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights in October and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was very nice and the croissants were delicious. The service, food, and wine in the restaurant was excellent and the rooms were clean with excellent bedding. This hotel in in a very nice part of Mar del Plata with wonderful shopping and restaurant options.

The Saint Jeanne Hotel, the best kept secretPosted Mar 4, 2011 on Hotels.com
I loved! loved! loved! this hotel!!! I am a New York designer and world traveler. I only stay at 5 star hotels. I went to Mar Del Plata just to stay at this hotel. I found it to be everything it projects itself to be and more! It is truly 5 star! The service, the food, the people. A supervisor at the hotel Patricia Squegua actually took my husband and I around to see the city and beaches on her own time. One recommendation is to upgrade from the Classic room. The Classic room was wonderful but when I saw the upgrade for not much more, I was sorry I didn't take it. The manager Micaela was so exceptional. She went out of her way to make our stay perfect. She even gave us a gift from their bakery shop before we left for the airport. The spa is wonderful. One thing ,the spa pool is not for swimming. It's for enjoying, watching movies and listening to music. I plan on going back next winter. I loved it that much. PS one waiter was exceptional, his name is Gaston he is the best!! He knew just what we wanted and it was on the table before we asked for it. I extended my stay. Actually stayed for seven nights. Phyliss E. visited 2/2011

What a jewel of a boutique hotel!Posted Feb 24, 2011
What a jewel of a hotel! We just came back from spending four days at the St Jeanne and have only nice things to say about the place. The rooms were spotless, the staff friendly and helpful, the spa state of the art and heavenly, the massage (my husband) and facial (me) wonderful and affordable, the patisserie unbelievable (best pastries, pain au chocolat and croissants we have had in ages, and that includes trips to Paris), and to top it all off, the amazing three course champagne dinner that the hotel guests were treated to for Valentine's day. Yes, that's right, absolutely free, and with copious amounts of three different kinds of Chandon for the three courses. I cannot say enough nice things about the hotel!
