Great place. It's not walkable, but really worth the stay to take a cab up, especially at the price. Franklin (the guy who helps run it) is fantastic. I went back again.

Do not stay in this hotel. It is in the middle of nowhere- up a mountain. Not near the beach - 15 minutes in a car. They say there is a bar in the hotel- there isnt. The pool is indoor - downstairs in the hotel. In summer you could not go there . The staff lock the front gate behind you when you enter and leave the hotel. You have to ask permission to leave. There is no room service in the hotel. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

When you drive to the Villa you can't help wondering 'where have we come'. This is a beautiful, stylish, clean and friendly small hotel. It's a good distance from everything and located in a quiet small valley with a gated entrance. You really need transport or taxis and if you have then without a doubt this is a definite gold star.

Booked for a single night. We didn't want to be in the main built up area of Marbella but wanted to be close enough to get to the centre for a meal in the evening. There is no restaurant on site but they do serve breakfast. Room relatively spacious and quiet with a small outside terrace area. Manager/ concierge very helpful

Place is like a fortress on a hill.
Breakfast was very poor. The place is isolated on a hill. It is a shopping mall near but if you want to return night at the hotel the road is very dark and frightening. Only by taxi or uber you can turn back or your own car. Hotel is closed by a huge gate opened only by the staff of the hotel. It is like a fortress there.
