The hotel is an excellent one to relax, unwind and chill out. The hotel looks good, rooms are big & comfortable. The location is excellent- about 15 minute walk to Puerto Vanus and an hour's relaxing walk to Marbella, by the sea side.
The only slight complaint was the hotel buffet dinner ,which was 30 Euros , and perhaps was not worth that. But overall a very good place to stay and relax.

I was very impressed with Expedia, who arranged flights, hotel and transfers, which all went well without any hitches. I would not fly with Ryanair again as I felt as if they treated us like cattle, and all the add on costs mounted up, the staff didnot appear to enjoy their jobs at all and it showed as they were a miserable bunch. The Hotel and transfers were excellent.

"Old fashion exterior with new Boutigue feeling !"
Very pleasant and open lobby when you walk in with nice art work on the walls. Centered by an old revived Olive tree that is having a second life. The check in was fast and easy. Eduardo took us to our room, which was facing the pool, but was very small. Javier was very accommodating in giving us a larger room on the fifth floor which we were happy with as we had a balcony with views to the mountains and some sea. The breakfast, which is included in ur stay was excellent and had many thing to chose from. Maria at the omelet and eggs counter was always smiling and accommodating to the customers. They had a great piano player / singer almost every night till after midnight . I love kids, but it was great to have the peace there. Wi Fi was in the rooms and the lobby, parking was easy and all around the hotel. It was close to walk toPorto Banus and lots of restaurants and bars where the water front is. They could clean the hall ways carpets more, as it seems some of the guests are very missy. The pool was nice but having to go to the front desk when you are in your trunks to pay ten Euros as a deposit for a towel was a bit too much, that I think they can do away with or find a better system to keep track of their old towels! Over all its a good place, and it could be better if they teach their staff at bkfast.to attend to the customers needs first more than just cleaning the tables. To be fair, they were under staffed for that time too. Still I would recommend this hotel .

We had five days at the Vincci hotel. Despite the inclement weather, we enjoyed our stay in this spacious, Arabic style hotel. Large rooms with well equipped ensures with twin sinks, excellent shower and big bath tub.
The bar area is lovely with comfortable couches for longing. Wine is prices at a reasonable €5 a glass and they serve afternoon coffee and cake for €5.50.
The buffet breakfast is very impressive with Nespresso coffee machines and a wide selection of food available. The freshly cooked omelettes were particularly good!
Taxi into Marbella town takes around ten minutes and costs around €15
The pool areas are very stylish with beach views.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great breakfast options. Simple but perfect for what we wanted. Great location. No tv but we didnt need it. Only thing is in the summer might be nice to have a small fridge but didn't need it for our short stay. Overall really impressed.

Synonymous with international glamour, Marbella presents both the old and new faces of the Costa del Sol. Its charming Old Town is a warren of whitewashed streets with authentic tapas bars while six kilometres west, glitzy Puerto Banús boasts super yachts, designer outlets and gold-card dining. There are two sandy town beaches with water sports, and nearby championship golf courses. After dark, nightclubs are upscale and often exclusive.
