“Nice Hotel Once I found it”

I arrived late and my details were on the board outside and it was easy to find the room once I found the Hotel. I had a little problem finding the Hotel as I had done a google maps "Get directions to" which sent me to a vineyard 20km away from the Hotel. Luckily some drunks in a Pickup truck told me where to go!! You don't get room service unless you specifically ask them as it is like apartment hotel rooms which was fine. Conveniently located on the beach it was great to walk out of the hotel at the back and get straight onto the beach. The sea is calm and gently sloping to the sea so the sea is warm and there didn't seem any dangerous stuff in the sea. I did spot some snake tracks in the sand but thats Western Australia for you.

“Definitely consider this resort if you are planning to visit the Margaret River region”

Excellent Value for this accommodation, which we used as a ''base'' for our visit to the wine region of Margaret River. Guests should be advised that the location is some distance (10 mins drive) from Busselton town centre, so a car or taxi is required. Good on site restaurant with '' specials'' Tues- Thurs.

“Relaxing Holiday Spot”

Rooms are not five-star but a solid four. Plenty of associated facilities (recreation, BBQ, pools, beach, walking/riding tracks, etc.) so ideal for a relaxed holiday. Very good family holiday spot. Nice beach, sandy and also shallow for youngsters. Not far from Busselton town center and anything you might need from groceries to shopping and restaurants. Not far from the vineyard zone toward Margaret River - marvelous day trip.

“disappointing”

The hotel rooms were very basic and we did not find out until later that they did not make or tidy the rooms. Initially my guest and I had two sepaprate rooms as they had not taken notice of the fact that we wanted a twin room and not a double.. I don't think I would recommend this hotel and I will not be staying there again.

“Geographe Bay Resort”

The Bed was the most uncomfortable. Mattress needs changing as it smells very old.I was sleeping lopsided and sinking to the middle of the bed most of the time.
