We liked that there was a shopping center in the vicinity. It is located in a nice area. In terms of the room we were a little disappointed that we didnt have a microwave, or mirror, and we had to request bath towels. Also, we could hear the train and neighbors. Overall the room was clean and the limited staff were friendly.

We are sorry, as we do offer a microwave if requested. Half of our rooms already have them on the 1st and 2nd Floor. But the other ones we have to bring the Microwave upon request. We hope you can give us another try in the future.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable. The only issue was the homeless people wandering around the parking lot.

We thank you for staying with us, and we do have our security patrol to make sure the vehicles are safe. Unfortunately, homeless has become an issue all over and we're happy to say our hotel is taking action.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30. This was important because I had a nearby meeting at 7:00, which is why I chose this hotel. Breakfast was NOT ready at 6:30, so I had to leave and go to a McDonalds. NOT HAPPY.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. There was a little mold in and above the shower area. The refrigerator was very loud. We enjoyed our stay in a whole.

We stayed at a different hotel every night and this was by far our favorite. Great friendly staff who paid attention to the details, the design of the room and lobby created ambiance wherever we went. We liked being able to easily walk to the Safeway for snacks. The bistro had delicious food.
