Great hotel, just as the staff that works here

Posted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: Staff is great, room is spacious and clean, breakfast is awesome, rates are perfect!
Cons: Nothing, it is working perfectly!
Location: There is a shopping mall about 5 min from the hotel. It is about 30 min drive to SF Downtown.
We had a reservation at another hotel, for health reasons we had to cancel that reservation. We were recommended Embassy Suites. What a great hotel!!!! Rooms are huge, very clean, acoustic is great (you can barely hear the adjacent guests). It included free internet and parking. Breakfast is a real one! The best I have had in different hotels around the US. It has scrambled eggs, bread, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee. The best part is that if you prefer omelet (including egg whites options), or sunny side up or any way you like your eggs, Maria and David (great people cooking at the hotel) will do it for you (also pancakes). Tables are constantly cleaned, great staff will take your plate right after you finish. All the staff and managers are great, very happy doing their job. Highly recommend this hotel it is not far from SF Downtown and if 30 min drive is too much for you, it is totally worth it!

Great location

Posted Nov 27, 2014
Pros: Convient stopping place when heading to N. CA.
Cons: Housekeeping and aging facility.
Location: Along freeway and nothing to do within walking distance.
Hotel getting old and in need of clean-up and remodel. House keeping could do a better job (mold in bath and dirty vents), restaurant service and food good. Traveling with a family might find this facility meets their needs, but a couple could do better.comvient stopping

Great place to stay in Marin County.

Posted Nov 26, 2014
Pros: Embassy Suites is one of my favorite places to stay with the atmosphere, the reception and the full breakfast included.
Quiet location , centrally located but a car is necessary for most activities.Evening reception was nice but noticed not as lavish as other locations, just chips, dip carrots, and popcorn. Plan on dinner out.

Within easy reach of family and San Francisco

Posted Nov 8, 2014
Location: Easy drive to Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito and the ferry to SF. or go North to Napa and wine country
My sister lives within easy walking distance! We met daily to walk around the pond, watch the geese, ducks and other birds and interact with various other folks doing the same. The days were pleasant. We started out with a great breakfast. Hotel personnel were, for the most part, very pleasant and helpful. We felt catered to!

Very nice place to stay

Posted Oct 23, 2014
Pros: The room was very nice and breakfast was good.
Cons: The waitress
All was great, except the female waitress who was at the hostess spot when I ate at the grill. The waitress was not welcoming and when I stated I was alone she said (crap) ok come with me and seated me and walked away, it was very discomforting and I was happy she wasn't my waitress.

Comfortable hotel

Posted Oct 22, 2014
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Updated furniture
Location: Many stores, mall around
Just needed a hotel for the night after a wedding. Not too far from stores, comfortable bed and I loved the black out curtains. Very roomy and decent price.
