Courteous staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, free wifi and decent breakfast, great location next to water and running path. Gym is very small but adequate.

Nice hotel with excellent location in Mill Valley!

Posted Jun 28, 2015
Pros: Location and walking path outside the hotel.
Cons: Staff members attitudes...yes, this does really matter to people who are traveling!
Location: Near the 101 freeway, and close to great restaurants (Buckeye), Safeway, etc.
Brought two dogs, so booked a special room (all 'special' rooms allowed for animals are on 1st floor). Very clean room with promised amenities (coffee maker, mini-fridge) located near the parking lot and the path along the water (lots of runners and bicyclists). Nice outdoor area attached to the room, as well (fenced). Very efficient and friendly front desk staff, but noticed that other staff members are not so happy to be there. I suspect that the high volume of clients at this well located hotel make for lots of work for the staff members. OK breakfast, with eggs, toast, cinnamon rolls, biscuits, sausage, cereal, yogurt, orange juice, coffee. I'd return again!

Sehr gute Lage für San Francisco

Posted Jun 3, 2015
Pros: gute Lage, Parken kostenlos
Cons: Zimmer hell streichen!

Nice Amenities

Posted May 24, 2015
Pros: The location next to the walking paths.
Cons: Carpet, paint and decor
Location: We were only there for one night. We really didn't plan to go anywhere.
The hotel needs updating but it is clean and fresh. It is right next to an awesome bike/walking/running trail that goes forever. The location is great but it is difficult to get to and from if you are not familiar with the area. I did use their business center for guests and that was a plus. I would stay there again for sure.

Giants baseball

Back to back Gianrs game and needed place to stay so we wouldn't have to drive 2 hours one way to get home. Hotels in downtown SF are expensive and charge for parking. This hotel was close, great accomadations, reasonable price.

very pleasant motel, great value

Pros: see above
Cons: nothing
Location: Golden Gate Bridge. San Francisco, Mt. Tamalpais, Point Reyes, Tiburon, Mill Valley . Also the restaurant next door "Frantoio" is excellent.
rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful when needed. the hotel has complimentary bicyles which were very basic but OK. There is a bike path which runs right by the hotel which was much fun to ride on. I rode to the Golden Gate bridge on it one dayl The included breakfasts were really good. For Mill Valley the room rate was very reasonable. Overall I was completely satisfied.

Convenient but way overpriced! $500 for 2 nights!!

Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: See above.
Location: We chose this as it was close to the Sausalito Harbor for a wedding.
Not a luxury hotel. Put in handicapped room (we're not handicapped) and we had made the reservations back in January. My tall husband could not see into the mirror, had to bend down to do so. We were on the ground floor and every time someone would enter from an exterior door it would resonate throughout the whole floor. I woke up several times during the night due to the door slamming. Water draining from other rooms was quite loud in our bathroom...

The hotel was ok. Room was tiny, Internet was so slow is was unusable and they put me close to a generator that made noise all night.
