This hotel is run down. Walls in the hallways and rooms are dirty and paint is chipped. We reserved two rooms while we were there for a wrestling tournament and both rooms bathrooms were disgusting. My teenager and husband refused to shower. The shower was moldy, stained and dirty. The toilet base around the floor was the same. We were up all night as well because we heard every footstep in the room above us. The continental breakfast was limited and just not good. I didn't let me children swim, the whole first floor was full of the chlorine smell coming from the pool. This can't be safe levels. We don't leave reviews much but i felt compelled to this time. We will never consider this place if we are back in the future.

This was a good location for my needs. Cheapest in town when I was originally booking that included breakfast. This location also had an indoor pool which was a nice touch as I imagine that swimming outside the summer months doesn't typically happen in Ohio!

Durning our 2 day stay we observed a roach crawling in the bathroom. And the tv sucks you have to stand in front of the tv for the remote to work.

Very clean and friendly
We stayed here bc our ac went out at home. Last minute booking. The young man checking us in was great. I have mobility issues so he made sure I had a 1st floor room and actually also gave me a room with wheelchair access and a roll in shower w a shower chair. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. We ended up staying a second night.

The hotel staff was nice. But the hotel had an odd smell to it. Had to spray my room because of the weird smell. The toilet was disgusting, was stippling of residue in the toilet. The shower wall had blonde, reddish hair all over it.

If want bang for your buck, stay here
Friendly check-in, great pool nice, and temp in the pool was perfect. Quiet stay. The hotel is close to the restaurants, downtown, and sites. would stay here again when passing through.

Not happy
Breakfast selection was slim. They barely put anything out. I had to ask them to refill everything both days I stayed. Not at all happy with this hotel. I stayed at one a few years ago and also had a bad stay. I will not stay again with this hotel.

We were only there one night but our family (3 rooms) were happy with the hotel. The staff was great, the room clean, and breakfast was good. The front desk lady came over to make sure we had enough breakfast and offered to cook more eggs for us if we would like (I'm sorry I did not get her name) There is an indoor pool which we didn't get a chance to use, but saw others enjoying it. It is in a convenient location off US23 with shopping and restaurants on the main street. The hotel is tucked back from the main road (turn south on James St) so it was quiet. We would stay here again.

At check in the computers weren’t connecting and the person checking us in was working frantically to take care of us. The hotel was very dirty. The lobby floors and doors were dirty, the elevator floor was worse and the floors in the bedroom were sticky. We were in room 207. The screens in the windows were ripped in several places. The bathroom vanity was broken, bent inward. We would not stay there again.

Disgusting, filthy & Drug users
On arrival the check in took almost 10 minutes to complete the check in and appeared not to speak English well. The room had a thick layer of dust throughout, so thick the kind that leaves a residue in your mouth and nose. It hadn’t been cleaned in I’d say months. Towels had hairs on so we didn’t shower. A woman screamed outside our door from 11.10pm to midnight, she made a similar sound to a high Fentanyl drug user, nobody answered when I tried to call reception for help. Awful experience.

WHEN I arrived quite early for check-in after driving for 6 hours, I pulled into an empty parking lot. I understand the check-in time. The counter kid wouldn't even consider my early arrival even though the place was empty, telling me that there a was "no room available" until 3. When I finally was able to check-in, I was already ready to check out. Crappy attitude and a bad beginning to my stay. I paid $90 for a crap room with holes in walls. I've stayed in better places for less money. Never again.

Renovate and Clean Your Hotel and Grounds
It was a very disappointing stay. I thought we were paying for a better than average hotel. We were tired when we arrived and didn't have the energy to find another hotel. It was old, dirty tiled bathroom. Tub and toilet appeared dirty as well. Didn't even take a shower based on condition. Stepped in dog poop on lawn when leaving. A totally bad experience.
