Nice hotel. Well located, staff is friendly and helpfull. Room is large, clean and comfortable. I did not tried the breakfast.

Hotel personnel were very hospitable. Room was very comfortable and quiet. The location was great because it was close to downtown with easy access to roads to anywhere in the city.

what a joke

Check in was @ 3 pm. However, when we got there @ 3:45 we were told room was not ready. At 4:05 we were given room keys and proceeded to room. I opened door to a room that was already occupied by a 1/2 dressed man. My girls 8 & 9 were shocked. As an attempt to apologize they gave a card for a free breakfast. Sorry to say that did not erase what my girls saw. The hotel staff acted as if it was no big deal. They just said sorry, we r just swamped. Is this not your job- what u r trained to deal with. What a joke!

Dear Traveler, Thank you for your feedback. The icy roads and gridlock that shut down most of Dallas Forth Worth was no Joke. The weather created travel nightmares, canceled flights, road closures and icy conditions for all our guests and the DFW Metroplex. It also created logistical problems for the hotel that in turn caused delays for our guests. As this was tough on all involved, we appreciate your understanding during this winter weather snow and ice storm. Due to the icy road conditions and winter storm that plague the North Texas area, the pickup of dirty linen and the delivery of fresh linens was severely delayed. Also due to these conditions it made it nearly impossible and unsafe to get staff here on time. Well, this was an unfortunate situation, the weather and roads conditions were something the hotel could not control. In an effort to get people into their rooms quickly so they could get their hair and makeup done for the big competition, we did rush and for that I am sorry we failed. Upholding our commitment to provide a memorable experience with exceptional service, we hope to have an opportunity to better your experience with us whenever your travels bring you back to Dallas. Cons: Breakfast could be cheaper considering the poor quality and small portions of food you get. Also, the thermostat should be checked before guestsarrive
The room was very nice and the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. The hotel was about 10 minutes from downtown and that was mostly due to the traffic. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and clean and the showers were great. The only problem we had in our room was that the thermostat was completely broken, wouldn't even turn on. Fortauntely it wasn't a problem because the weather wasn't too cold or too hot so our room stayed at a relatively perfect temperature but if our stay woulda been in the winter or the summer that may have been a bigger problem than it was. Checkout was convenient. It's at noon which we love because we get the chance to sleep in and not rush around in the morning and they offer the quick checkout service so you don't have to stand in lines in the morning at the front desk.

Perfect hotel for any stay in Dallas

Check-in was smooth, front desk manager was very professional with a great customer service attitude! The rooms were really nice & clean, even though there were a couple small stains on the bed covers...but nothing to really fret about. Check-out was also smooth, the whole experience was absolutely perfect.

Great spot

Pros: easy parking, restaurant in hotel, big, comfy rooms
Cons: Service was a little slow @ the restaurant , but I realize they were overwhelmed with Market goers!
Great spot to stay when going to Dallas Market! Close & market shuttle goes here!

Great hotel

We booked this hotel while we were visiting Dallas for the weekend for my sons birthday. It is about a 5-8 minute drive from downtown, close to the zoo, aquarium, childrens museum etc. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The regular king suite is what we got and it has the bedroom (with a door) and a little living area with a pull out sofa, as well as a refrigerator. Overall it was a great hotel and I will be staying here when visiting Dallas.

The only problem we encountered was ordering I've and not receiving it. Clean comfortable and conveniently located close to Dallas Market Center.

Not what we requested/booked

I booked the hotel on Expedia and chose the two beds for the room choice. When we checked in, apparently there were no double rooms left. We were given a King room and the only explanation I received was that because we reserved with Expedia and not the hotel itself our bed selection upon booking was not valid. All guests that reserve directly with the hotel are given first priority. The manager did give me a small monetary amount off of the room for the inconvenience, but seemed to careless that he left us with one bed for the two of us. I was very disappointed in the stay.
