Pros: Willingness to go the extra mile by owner/manager e.g. helping with luggage up stairs yummy muffins, great breakfast
Cons: Probably the cost but wanted something special and got it.
Location: Close to everything, Good views
Facilities: Modern, Above average; Value: Expensive but worth it.; Service: Go the extra mile; Cleanliness: Pristine; We arrived late and tired, requesting dinner in our room Although this is not normal practice our wish was granted and we had a lovely meal delivered

Pros: Beautiful decor
Cons: We only staued a night but had we stayed longer I think that having no proper shower would be annoying

Hello Holly, thank you for your review we are glad you enjoyed your stay. We have thought about taking out the bath downstairs and replacing it with a shower but as our two suites upstairs have showers we haven't. Pros: Very comfortable bed
Cons: Too cluttered and fussy, rattling windows and kettle in hallway!
Value: Over-priced; Seem to be trying hard but quality did not justify the high tariff

Hello We are sorry you found Escape to be to cluttered & fussy. Most love our d??cor. We have gone though all our prices and they are heavily discounted. We did have a kettle not wok for one week but this was explained to all customers. If some thing was rattling please let us know as we ask everyone if they had a good sleep and no one has mentioned anything. We are an old bank so would like to know if there are any problems.
